How is this public voting going to do anything when the terms state the final decision is made by a panel of selected judges? Also you don't win 25k you win 10k in a 529 which based off average rates of return will be worth 25k in 16 years lol. Either way voted and hope you win, but I really think this is just a scam to take parents for the 19.99 it costs to enter the competition to begin with.
