Holy shit - my wife is pregnant!!

are you finding out the sex today? Why are you nervous about getting the ultrasound?

We did the 3d ultrasound thing on monday...it was pretty cool to see the baby in a 3d space
 
Ultrasounds always look like those magic eye things to me. Doctors are always explaining what stuff is, but I just can't see it.

Agreed. For my first kid the doctor would circle some black dot and be like "those are the kidneys" and I'd be all squinty and I just couldn't see it.

We just got done with the ultrasound. Everything looks good!!! I'm so psyched - what a nervewracking experience. We don't want to know the sex but I'm pretty sure I saw balls on the monitor. Oh well. I'm just happy everything is going according to plan.

We think we have an idea (finally) about names but we still aren't 100% sold on anything yet - we are leaning towards "Aeris Zelda" if it's a girl and "Boba Fett" if it's a boy.

Yeah for you and the wife! Two kids is a BIG jump. I remember walking around muttering how no one told me it would quadruple the work. I really think you just get used to the older one being more self-sufficient and forget how much work it is.
