The thought crossed my mind, but they have more pics if you follow the link (pun seriously not intended), and in some of them, it is pretty clear that she's a she.

I was thinking the same exact thing.......there is a lot of tension in that pic....
 
They have the different colored tunics like Four Swords. They are really cute (I like the one in red, myself). Some male roles done well by girls. Some are just wrong. I saw some Japanese cosplay and saw a female Gandalf the White and Gimli. Sexy girls in beards just don't do it for me, lol.

Only because you mentioned it. But yeah.

My favorite part is their recreation of Link's poses with all they Zelda-like accessories.. like that time Link talked on his cell phone, or crouched in a field eating an apple like an insane squirrel.

you can't have two feminine links hook up with a less feminine Zelda. She needs to be at least 3X as feminine.
 
They're both cute. Blue could be a guy but it is hard to tell. I'm thinking we need two more for Four Swords to be fully realized.
