Why don't you sell it to somebody here for $200?

If someone wants to make a resonable offer and can
pay via PayPal w/ confirmed address then we can definately
work something out.

Well this stuff is worth more then $200. I would list everything on Ebay for your asking price ( which is more then you really want for the items ) and then leave the shipping blank ( while stating the "shipping price" for tracked and first class ) and do not forget to offer insurance with priority.

I say you could sell the lot for -400 if you play your cards right.

How can you part with the top loader? After having to shimmy the carts back and forth forever, I couldn't wait for the top-loader. it's... it's family. =)

Best of luck with your auction.

I would estimate that $200-250 is about right for that lot. Maybe $300 since some of the titles are good. But when you sell video game stuff in a lot w/ games and there isn't anything super impressive that stands out (like all the games being complete or new, or a copy of something really rare being in the lot) it's a total crapshoot. Sometimes you get a fair price for your console and the games end up being practically like a freebie.

If it were me, I would do a system lot with a game or 2 and a game lot (or maybe several lots) w/ the rest. This is only because the toploader system itself is a high dollar console and keeping that in mind you may alienate your potential buyers by including a bunch of games they don't want.

I bought a toploader for about $125 shipped w/ about 20 games, 2 controllers, a gun, and an Advantage not too long ago myself fwiw. Even included a nice boxed copy of Castlevania II.

Oh. If I might make a suggestion btw. If it isn't beyond your means to do so you could always perform an RCA AV-out mod to the system. It only costs a few bucks for the parts and I'm sure the system would be worth a good deal more that way.

It's a possibility where would I find the instructions to do so?

Mike Tyson's Punch Out!, Super C, The Legend Of Zelda (Gold Cartridge) (2 Copies), Metroid, Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3 (2 Copies) and Excitebike can sell individually for $5-15.

I assume the top loader with hookups still nets $100.

The other games would have to be sold by groups.

Recently, I've seen many game system auctions bundled with games selling as a whole far greater than the items would sell separately.

.99 and a few prayers to your god might be your best bet.

Bundles do seem to be doing a little better since it is the Christmas shopping season. It's still a crapshoot, though.

The AV-out mod is described here:

Not really hard to do if you know how to follow a schematic and solder. You'll also of course need a gamebit to open the top loader. When I did mine I laid it all out on a little Radio Shack project board and it turned out much neater that way.

Thanks for the info, I will pass it along to the person
who wins the auction as that is a bit out of my skill set.

If anyone cares to look I put the system and games up
on eBay today here

Around $3 per game and $50 for the system in a bulk lot...so $200 is my guess on what it will sell for. Of course, I've been screwed in the past selling NES games on Ebay. I once put a big lot of 50 games on there, decent games that I had doubles of including most of the games you've listed, and I got less than $1.50 per game. You always roll the dice a little when you list anything on Ebay.
