How Old are you?
Probably one of the older farts around here - 27
Wow, you are old. :)

I'll be 32 in December - going back to the days of parachute pants and leg warmers...

Not to mention Green Machines and great TV shows. (A-Team, Knight Rider, etc)

For those discussing the 19/Canada thing, the guy who posted that is from Ontario. I went to Toronto the week after my 19th birthday, and 19 is the age you have to be to buy cigarettes as well as alcohol. That was a fun week for me.

As for my age, I'm 20. I'll be turning 21 on July 30th.

Don't forget the greatest of them all - AutoMan and Manimal (non-muppets version)
Legal age for what? I didn't think that 19 got you anything.
True, unless you smoke. In Alaska, Utah or Alabama you need to be of 19 years to buy cigs. Oh and I'm over the age of consent. That's all you need to know.

29 myself. My boy's 1-1/2 and he already knows when a controller isn't connected to a system, whether it's Xbox or PS2. It's funny to see if you can trick them. :)
I know this topic has been here at least 2-3 times since I've been a member.
Yeah, but some people have a cow when old topics are bumped. I don't see the problem with it though.

Finally! I've found a video game forum with people closer to my age and who also have kids, too! I'm 29 (30 in November *sigh*). My son will be three in September. He loves to play my DS. I have Feel The Magic for it and, whenever I play it, he always says "Daddy playing poke her!". Referring, of course, to that little side attraction in the game that lets you poke the girl in different places. :D
Isn't that the legal drinking age in Canada?
It sure is...every sober moment is a moment wasted!

I know, but I thought I remeber seeing one about a month ago. Maybe a diffrent site. I can't remeber, I'm getting old. 23 years old to be exact.

You probably saw it on here. There are a number of topics like this that come back around every so often.

On topic, I'm 24. I'll be 25 on May 11th.

When I've given my daughter a controller that's plugged into a system, she quickly figures out that start pauses the game, and likes to keep pausing and unpausing the game.
My boy [2] loves going to the 'game store! game store!' next to Walmart, he always runs to the back and beats on the bongos. I've also got an old Genesis joystick controller that is very clicky, and he'll play with that. Or he'll reach under the entertainment center where the Ps2 controllers are, pull it out, sit down, and start moving the analog sticks around. Cute. Can't wait for him to be old enough to 'play' games.

My son is 4 and is starting to be able to play. Mostly Mario Party and Sonic Adventure, but (much to my surprise) he can actually get the car around the track in GT4. He doesn't come anywhere near winning, but the fact that he can complete a lap shocked me, as he couldn't just a few months ago. I'm sure it won't be long before he surpasses me. :)

But about the game store, he always goes into them with me (my wife hates them) and the last time we went in he cried when I said it was time to go. Unreal.
