It may be a futile, doomed effort, but they aren't killing and totally orphaning the Touchpad. Yeah, it's going to be limited, but it's ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS! A 9.7" tablet with Gorilla Glass screen for a C-note. Hell, I'm gonna get one just cuz! There's a Kindle app, so BAM!!! $100 eReader!

Anyone has the link to update your CC info for HP SMB?

My card was hit with a suspicious charge and was canceled and I had to be reissued a new card and now I can't seem to find the info to update my card info. :/

Do I just email them?

I had to update my billing address since I moved after placing my order. Just call them at 866-625-0242 and select option 3. They're open 8am-8pm ET M-F.

Just some curiosity here; I was looking at your pic and noticed a very slight difference in the TP pics on the box. Are they both the same HDD size? Perhaps one is a different hardware revision from the other?

I got up to the part where you enter the address and it keeps going to:
The requested action cannot proceed because you either expended your unique Order ID or there is no more stock available.
 
I got my confirmation email from OnSale at 11:35 PM EST. Then I found out my auto-fill messed up the city on my address :(

I have a feeling it's going to be a nightmare trying to get it fixed.
 
Well, I tried filling in my order number from my canceled Amazon order and it seemed to work. I received an email from them with a link to buy it, and the first time, it crapped out. I refreshed the page and I was in to try and order one.

So far, I added in my billing and shipping addresses, with it sitting on a "Verifying your address" page.

EDIT: Supposedly, it's been verified, and it's still processing something.
 
I put my CC info in and when I continued I got a not available page. Tried reloading and got the same page again. I don't know if I should keep trying to reload or not.

Got the same page eventually. I gave it a shot. If I get a confirmation # good, if I don't I really don't want to keep thinking about this.

I didn't get an email about the credit card charge being authorized on my account, so I can assume their site didn't finish the order process. Once you use the link, you can't go back in to use it again, nor can you go back with the back button to try it again. You also can't register it on the site either.

I sent them a very long email about all the site issues, my Amazon order number, my unique link and the like. We'll see what happens with them in the morning.
 
Woooo!!! Probably just ordered a cancellation email through onSale but it was worth a try. When I first tried to order I got nothing. I had to make an onSale account and tried again. After that I was able to at least get a order confirmation email. Here's hoping I actually get one this time.

All orders over 1 are canceled. All orders going to the same home and/or billing address will be canceled too. They claim hoarders will not get any units if they try to cheat the system. At least thats what they said on their FB page. Also they claim since the ordering process and weblink generation were screwed up that all those that registered their order number first are reserved a unit (i.e. if you got a web link but it wouldn't work last night or you couldn't pay you get priority over a guy that registers and pays today). At least these are the claims this company has made.

I called last night about my bunk link and no one could help me they said they'd call me today (no one has, and no one answered my email). Luckily, my weblink worked this morning. Around 10 AM today they fixed a bunch of weblinks, I placed my order this morning and my CC went through. I got an Email 5 mins later saying they'd process my order and to wait a for my CC to get verified. I'm thinking they're backed up to all hell. Hopefully, this web sale doesn't burn them in the ass again.

They're pretty freakin sweet. You'll want it when you get your hands on one. I love mine, I'm getting an extra one for my bro. He was talking mad sh!t about it and then really regretted he told me no he didn't want one when I was ordering from HP's store.
 
Hmm, somethings a bit suspect. Tried last night to put one through onsale, eventually timed out, and wouldn't let me back in through the email link. Gave up.

Tried again this morning, and the link worked. Went to the order page through the link, retained my shipping information, but had someone else's address as the "Bill to" address"

It was an actual person, as a quick Google of their name tells me they are a professor at a Florida University, and the phone number also matches.

Changed it out to my own address, but still...

Fedex delivered mine and my wife's touchpads from SMB about an hour ago. Unfortunately, we aren't home and they left the boxes outside the door of our apartment building. I trust no one that lives there, so I sent my Dad over there to pick them up. They are now on my kitchen counter. I can't wait to get home and check out my new toy! :D

Damn right it does! I have gotten the best deals because of CAG. I don't even remember how I accidentally came across CAG, but I'm glad I did. And I'm glad to hear you're liking the Touchpad. I didn't think I'd get one, but once again, CAG came through with the info to help me grab three (for me, wife, mom-in-law). I have two tests for school tonight, but I WILL make time to check out my new pad.

I can't find my cancelled order e-mail....and I can't get the number via Amazon because they don't have my student e-mail account anymore since I graduated last semester....and they closed it......fuck me.
