Isn't there usually also an element of intentional procrastination, though? Knowing that you at least sort of want the bundle early in the bundle's lifespan, but deciding to put off the purchase until such time as bonuses are revealed/more thought is put into the potential purchase/etc., and then missing out on the bundle's final hours due to the reasons listed?

I figured intentional procrastination, bonus waiting, whatever would fall under 'etc'. The key factors are the intent to buy and then for whatever (usually substandard and unlikely) reason, the purchase is not made in time. Then you have to call yourself out in the forum.

I'm much more likely to forget I bought a bundle and purchase it again.

Sounds like I would be better off spodering as much as possible and leave the frustration of gilbying to someone else. Like......Gilby.

Yeah. There doesn't have to be deliberate procrastinating. Just getting busy and forgetting is fine. Generally, though, when you call out you ask if anyone picked up an extra.

The funny thing is that I've gilbyed all of four bundles and a couple of Indiegamestand offers. Also sounds like perhaps Palinning is a term now.

Eldritch does look cool but it looks perfect for a bundle game too (likely humble me thinks). Card City Nights I highly recommend at 0.99. The cards you get will likely pay half of that, so it's a fun card/board game.

The $6-tier is terrible though. $5 extra just for Worms Armageddon?

They should have put Clan Wars in the $10-tier by itself, and it'd be fine. But Humble's gotta ruin the repeats they run too.

 
Bleh, this was the one repeat I was really looking forward to.  And they messed it all up with the new tiering.  I was hoping for the same levels as before but perhaps a $10-15 tier for Worms Clan Wars by itself so I could convince a few friends to $1 in and we could all play online Worms Armageddon.  It's going to take a lot more convincing to get them to pay $6 for it.

Seriously, been looking forward to the Team17 repeat since we saw the banner. The new tier-ing is the biggest fuck you Humble's done this week, even more so than the Banner Saga day. Really shows how far they've come in terms of greed.

True, but chances are it'll be in one with a BTA because it's never been in a Humble, iirc. That's $2 you can put towards the BTA. The MSRP is only $8 (at the Humble Store) so I can't see it being attached to some ridiculous high-tier either like Riptide, Kinetic Void or Banner Saga was.
