Its called Capitalism. People have a right to sell whatever they want. Nobody has abused anything. Its just the world we live in promotes of re selling things at a higher price. Buy low sell high.
I agree with this to a point, as far as the CAG trade forums. People do indeed have the right to sell at whatever price they want. I generally do not voice my opinion on high sale prices because it's not my right, really. If someone sells high, I'd imagine most people will laugh and move on from that post, if someone bites, well, it's their fault for not taking 30 seconds to do some research. Though, I also feel HB has a right to enforce whatever methods they feel fit to make their (and Steam's) TOS stick. People can complain, refuse to buy from HB, whatever. The fact is, we're still getting games for ridiculous prices, even if some of them end up getting "wasted". We as a people always want more and will always complain when something is taken away. So, my point is, why bother getting flustered by it. It is what it is.

Oh I don't care about the prices really, it's just annoying to go through 5 spam pages of people selling the same games.

Just wanted to make the point that doing something against the TOS does NOT make it against the law (or, perhaps more importantly, morally reprehensible). Just because Steam, for example, has it in their TOS that you can't sell your Steam account doesn't make it illegal - it's just never been tested in a court of law and I strongly suspect that Valve don't want it tested since they'd likely lose. Of course, it would take someone with serious cash & time & energy to fight Valve to begin with. Similarly, but to a much smaller scale, with bundle keys.

I also used to hear voices in my head but got cured - now I'm just lonely...

Oh, and I bet tebow eventually turns out to be a researcher running some obscure conginitive linguistics experiment in which we're the control group.

Yeah this too. I am totally ok with this new humble key registering thing. Hopefully it clears out the trade forum of the same recycled shit and we get more people like jake nome with real deals rather then people trying to sell off bundle fodder
I'm so guilty of this lol :)

after awhile I get tired of posting there and end up just posting the codes in a random thread.

WTS current groupees bundle, after the deal is up for 4x 1/4th of what I paid.

PM me

Sending you 20 cents paypal.

The Scribblenauts FB page seems to have spilled the beans on a Humble WB Games Bundle a tad early (two hours ago!), but it only makes mention of Scribblenauts Unlimited and "5 additional games."

I hope Batman AA/AC or Lego Batman 2 will be in it, but that seems like it'd be too good to be true. Already own Scribblenauts and the FEAR games.. so there's not much else I'd want.

However, it'd make a lot of sense for Batman AA/AC to be in the bundle.. they went through the trouble of patching out GFWL, maybe this is one of the reasons.

Mortal Kombat ftw! Man, a bundle with MK, Scribblenauts UL, and some Lego games for $6 would be sweeeeeeeeet...

I wouldn't be surprised by Arkham Asylum showing up. And Bastion seems like a shoe-in, which is kind of a bummer for those of us that have already nabbed it through Humble Bundles, especially considering you can't just give away the keys anymore.

I am surprised that no one else beat me to disclosing it here on CAG, that I noticed anyway. I feel like I'm always the last to hear about these things...

Fuq dat. I own both Batmans (and all FEARs). I'd buy the bundle if it included them, but not with this account linking and wasting my extra profits. Screw HB, screw society. I'm never buying anything related to a charity again. EA is evil, Lost Planet sucks and cats are seriously underrated in this dog driven world.

;)

Well, now I feel like a chump for blowing $5 of Amazon credit on Scribblenauts. Especially because I haven't played it. Grr.

So WB's catalog pretty much consists of LEGO, Batman, Lord of the Rings, FEAR, Scribblenauts, Mortal Kombat, and a few other odd ducks.

Guardians of Middle Earth does seem like a good bet because it's a goddamn DLC factory. Other than that, my bet's on Arkham Asylum & City, the whole FEAR series, Scribblenauts Unlimited and MK9.

Oh and Bastion, because Humble.

YOU GUYS EVER HEARD OF THIS COOL NEW GAME CALLED BASTION

ITS INDIE. SO AWESUM.

SIgh... I also just bought Scribblenauts.

Is anyone else starting to feel hesitant every time a game goes on sale, thinking it will just be in a HB soon? I'm gun shy about picking up Guacamelee because of this :)

The bundle sounds awesome... if you don't have many WB games. And who doesn't have many WB games??

Still, there's one or two oddball games in their catalog that I don't have. It might make a nice gift as well.

Scribblenauts is really cool, but it starts to wear thin towards the end when you realize that many solutions are used over and over. It's a neat idea though, and one that would probably appeal to young gamers.

Yeah. I've already stopped buying indie games because they kept ending up in bundles right after I bought them, and now I'm going to be hesitant to buy any WB games outside of bundles.

I hope they keep the account linking to the weeklies.

I personally don't mind it, because I don't have nearly as many games as you folks do, so I don't catch as many repeats.

But if Arkham Asylum and City keys are included, two CAGs could be made very happy.

I just bought them both within the last month, too.

i agree maybe it only weeklies? i doubt it they prolly do it anway if it not my game wish list i just gift it to frien if it includes fear and and nothing i likee hhe

Wishful thinking.  Why would they only do it for weeklies?  They said it was to attract bigger names/games and that would coincide with a  WB bundle that possibly includes Batman AA (which is a pretty good possibility -- give people a sample and maybe they buy AC and the third game).  I'm assuming it'll launch today so I'll mash F5 when I can and hope to get in at a decent price.

I wouldn't bet on it. WB is probably one of the publishers HB was alluding to with this system. Although the WB bundle could well be a weekly, so who knows?

What is the strategy for HB BTA purchases?  I haven't caught one at the start for so long I don't remember how the pricing works or if the average climbs/dips or if it generally just climbs.

When have the last few main/non-weekly Humbles started? 1pm central like the weeklies or earlier?

With the new 'have to BTA to get the bonus games' schtick the price usually starts out high. That said, it rarely goes down so if you can get it when it's $6 or less, I'd do it.

With all due respect, there's no chance in hell this is a weekly - THQ and EA got their two weeks in the spotlight as "banner" Humble Bundles (for lack of a better word), and WB has definitely shot up in the ranks of AAA publishing in just the last four or five years.

cmoning soon activision humble bundle brought to u by mysterd and tebow ur welcome hehe

I'd like Batman:AC and to fill out my FEAR franchise.  If they include LOTR I'd stock on a couple bundles to play co-op.

And nobody said it, I bet because they don't want to consider it, but Gotham City Imposters is WB and they could give keys out to unlock content.  I'd be kinda pumped for that just to muck about with it.
