Real? Dallow, do you have imaginary girlfriends or something?
And that was never meant to leave the AIM chatbox...but every woman appreaciates romantic idealizations... I have yet to meet one that doesn't.
dallow's mode of operation is to sit back and to observe/stalk/stay-in-the-background, though never make any actual real contact. Therein lies the comment about "real" being out of his league. Check his past posts.
Said AIM conversation left the chatbox, and is out there in the open for public consumption. It's out of the box, and never can be put back into the box.
Romatic idealizations are things best not discussed in the AIM chatbox.

Amen.
Especially if they're about some kid over the internet.
I hope Valve makes a fully fleshed out retail version of Portal with 100+ maps and a co-op version. And after that, if they'd pump out dlc in the form of more maps, I'd keep buying them.

Portal CTF.
on my way to the TV station and Im in like a little alleyway and niggas are coming from all sides w/ RPGs and nowhere to take cover without gettin' shot in the ass
I was thinking something more along the lines that maybe one person could only enter blue portals and the teamate could only enter orange portals. Or there would be switches that would be too far away for one person to access at once.
What do you guys think of CoD4 so far? How do both the single player and multiplayer stack up?
Best FPS shooter on the 360. Single and multi.
Damn, this part sucks dick in COD4.

Naw... I can tough it out.. I just passed it and got that Four of a Kind cheesemint in the process. Theres just some parts you get stuck on for a good 20 minutes before you get the hang of it.. or get a perfect run and make it to a checkpoint.
I totally agree though. This and Rainbow Six:Vegas have been my absolute favorite FPS for That Circle. Pick that shit up ASAP, Mak.

You would enter portals then never come out if it were like that.
Personally, I can't imagine any type of multiplayer for that game. It would just ruin the simplicity that made it so great.
It wouldn't be fair. I'd be doing all the talking. I like discussing things we both have a frame of reference to. He takes care of the technical discussions and teaches me new a thing or two about computing.
I always get the sneaking suspicion that I am boring people when I talk about film. ;o
I still do it, though. It might make them feel special, being that I am sharing one of my passions with them.

Put it on mode. No shame in that.
Damn. I liked the beta but I was thinking I'd put off getting it until Christmas. But this jibba jabba is making me want it now. Between Halo 3, Orange Box, Mass Effect, and GH3 I'm running out of time for anything else though. Hmm.
I was referring to Call of Duty 4. I was planning on waiting to get it but with you guys all saying how great it is I might not be able to wait until Christmas for it.
Has anyone experienced video file thumbnails causing a crash when you open a folder they're in? I have matroska and ffdshow and I still crash when I open certain video folders.
I checked out Rock Band and now I'm thinking about canning my pre-order. The guitar was busted as so I couldn't strum down on the bar with my thumb, I had to pull it up and I felt like a complete retard trying to drum and getting every note wrong. I didn't like how it feels when you hit the drums either, felt too stiff. Plus it was really hard to find my bearings while I was sliding my hands up and down the row because of how they hid the buttons on the fretboard. I think the graphics/presentation/tracklist/DLC are all looking great though and I don't want to go back to GH3. I need to try it again.
