Sorry, I have been very excited for the last couple of days. I officially quit on Thursday May 4th. I didn't let my boss guilt me into staying this time! I got a new job that pays double what I got at EB and is related to the field that I am going to college for.

I am so happy and I just thought I'd share :rofl:

i dont see why people complain when they work at eb or gamestop. now i can see complaining around xmas, but from Feb to Oct they do mostly nothing but just stand around.

i took gallop racer 2004 over to price check it and the dude stood over in the corner talking to people for 20 mins before they came up to help me.

from this I gather you are Asian for sure, actually sex is iffy...
so if female: dr, lawyer, or pharmacist
if male: dr. lawyer, pharmacist, or engineer.

The reason I didn't include an engineer for a female is because I just haven't seen that many females that go into engineering...

Good for you! My boss tried doing that to me and I shut it down, I got the whole "we'll send you up for managerial training because I'm leaving in six months" routine. Like it really matters if I am there if she is leaving anyway. :roll:

I still don't have another job yet, but hopefully I'll have a teaching job soon.

ROFL!!! I LOL'ed because what you said is generally true, hehe.

I'm premed.

I just got a job as a traveling medical assistant and medical records clerk. I'm basically assigned to a doctor that's visiting the area for a day or two and I transport his medical records and also act as his assistant. It's a lot of driving, which is annoying when they expect me to be at a place two hours away by 6 AM and I don't finish until around 5 PM at rush hour, but I get reimbursed for mileage (I make a profit even these outrageous gas prices) and they pay pretty well for such an easy job; they even pay me when I'm driving. It's surprising how nicer patients are compared to customers at a video game store; sure I've had a lot of people that got mad but I don't get as many death threats as I did at EB :lol:

just wait till the old people cant get their meds.. then you will get pleanty of death threats : )
 
Every sale you make you have to push the warranties, you have to coerce them to bring in their own games and you have to sell X preorders a month or you're fired.

The patients are nicer because they don't get their bill at time of service. When I was younger and had no insurance , I was really nice to the medical staff because I knew I was going to have to skip out on the bill and I didn't want anyone to remember exactly what I looked like.
