Spears at the center of child welfare probe.

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) are to investigate Britney Spears after pictures were taken of her driving through Malibu, California with her baby son on her lap. Spears claimed she took off without putting her son Sean Preston in his rear babyseat because she was suddenly hounded by paparazzi during a coffee break. But the DCFS and California police officials are taking a very dim view of Spears' decision to drive off with her baby on her lap. It is illegal under California law to drive with a child as young as Sean Preston not restrained in a recognized baby seat, and Britney can expect a $270 fine at the very least. Malibu Deputy Sheriff Mark Winn visited Spears at home yesterday afternoon, to set the wheels in motion for the DCFS investigation. Dcfs officials are refusing to comment about the investigation.

Its gotten to the point where its not even funny, and that the kid needs to be taken away. If this was ANYONE ELSE social services would have snatched that kid immediately.
 
It reminds me of that Fraiser episode where Niles carrys around a sugar sack like it's a baby. People keep dipping into his 'kid' for coffee, it gets drop kicked and eventually lit on fire.

The tragedy is that this baby is for real.
 
Eh, I broke my leg when I was a few months old, didn't go to the hospital till a few days later. Hard to tell what's a baby's crying for. Though... I'm thinkin if my parents knew I had fallen on my head, I would have been in the hospital immediately.

The kid's better off being sent to another country to be raised by people who are competent so he won't have to go through having a slut and a douchebag for parents.

What an excellent role model for our kids!

What's really funny is the interview with Maxim he and his agent did in this month's issue. His agent definitely states that the only reason that he got to make an album at all is because "he knew somebody who knew somebody." In other words, he doesn't have the talent to get a deal on his own. No surprise there though. He also had a song "leaked" out onto the net to "stir the shit" only because the song wasn't good enough to be on the album. Apparently, this pissed K-Fed off.

It's funny that because he lucked into to marrying Britney Spears AFTER she stopped being cute and sexy that he thinks he rates someone like Jessica Alba. What a twat.

He's only famous because he's related to someone famous, yet has no real talent or common sense. Reminds me alot of Paris Hilton. And they're both equally annoying as hell.
