On 4/15 I made three orders each using a $10 voucher. Realizing it has been 6 day and my orders are still on hold, I decide to call them. I am shock when they told me that there is a problem with my order because my coupon is limit to one per household. What upset me is that I got no call or email about this and I don't have a chance to reorder the games I wanted to get.

Wow, that really sucks. I would give them a call, and fully explain the situation to somebody over there. See if you can't get everything worked out...good luck OP.

4/20? Six days? This IS 4/20.. well, 4/21 in some places now..

yeah are you sure you did it right?
 
Was it those Reservation Rewards $10 codes? If so, I think they limited those to 1 per household after people were signing up multiple times
 
They 'banned' you? You mean they just didn't let you finish your order. Ban means NEVER again can you buy from them.
 
On this subject, do you have to wait the 6 days before canceling your account or can you cancel right away and still receive the $10 coupon?

Your account has to still be active after 6 days. I usually just cancel right after they send the email with the voucher code on it.
 
If you want to have fun with them, try going back wearing a Pancho Villa style fake moustache.

You never know, if you make the manager on duty laugh, he/she just might let you get away with more trade-ins.
