On 4/15 I made three orders each using a $10 voucher. Realizing it has been 6 day and my orders are still on hold, I decide to call them. I am shock when they told me that there is a problem with my order because my coupon is limit to one per household. What upset me is that I got no call or email about this and I don't have a chance to reorder the games I wanted to get.
