I sure hope this is a joke

somebody probably listed its and decided not to sell it and raised the price to stop anyone from bidding

Yeah i'm going with that.

...someone's making a profit

I'm still shocked that someone legitimately bid $80 to start it off. Is three days of waiting worth $30 for you? Jeez.
EBAY "Financing available", mortgage your house to get doom 3
you'd need a LOT more than just your house...

That's the greatest thing I have ever seen... and it was a bidding war between 2 actual members (with feedback and such).

yake a look at the times bids were place in the bidding history, looks like time travel to me

Since eBay charges a certain percentage of the final selling price of an auction, it would seem the seller might get charged a fee of around 1 million dollars based on the 20 million $ selling price. But the seller can request a credit of that fee for one of several various reasions (seller didn't respond, seller refused to cooperate, etc.).

Still, eBay probably has already imposed the $1 million fee. :D

If that was my auction, I'd be leaving an ungodly amount of negative feedback for all the tools that bid it up.

he even had the sticker of the price he bought it for,$54.99.

It would be great if the guy who bought that had it shipped to him, goes to play it, and finds out his system can't handle the game and doesn't have enuff money left over to get a new rig.
maybe it is 20 million Lira.
Yes, that makes sense, since both buyer and seller are 20th century italians.

Didn't you mean "yen"?

I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I'd say the odds of that seller actually getting paid are about as high as my odds of winning the lottery without a ticket.

did you guys see the bid history?
