Kinda off topic but does anyone know of a good deal on the CH Products flight yoke & rudder pedals? Cheapest I can find is on Amazon for $99 & $108. Don't think they get any lower than that but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I don't think so unfortunately...

I'm also looking for a new stick my self due to the fact that my MS Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 has no resistance at all (hard to fly for me with no proper center), although the forcefeedback is cool when you let the bullets fly or get your wing cliped.
