There's no way it can be more work than Smackdown vs. RAW. Those games have lousy controls.

The newest Smackdown games had LS movement and RS for grapple, right?

TNA isn't like that, it's more of the first couple of Smackdown games for PS1/2

This "manager" of mine, I just don't get. How did she get promoted?
Her job has a lot of basic PC functions--like working with excel and doing other types of reports and shit.

Ok.
She doesn't quite understand Excel---and she just asked me how to set an image as her desktop.

This is depressing. I wish I wasn't white so I'd get a promotion easier. Sigh.

One of my old bosses asked me if I could learn photoshop that day, and have a poster made in 2 hours.

I gave her a poster all white with black text on it :lol:

I just call things as I see them. There's really no hate what so ever. Companies DO things like that. Companies want to have more minorities at work and especially in higher rolers..it makes them look more accepting.

This doesn't apply everywhere, of course.
 
It's happened here, my boss is wicked nervous about the fact he has to fire one of our minority supervisors (for an arm-long list of major offenses), and we don't have another minority to replace him with.
 
Well, that adds to the problem here. We have 80% minorities (out of about 500 workers) at entry level. And we have about 80% white supervisors.

But the supervisors are the customer service and communication people for the company. We have to be able to speak clearly and in English to parents/students/anyone, and most of our entry-level workers can't. Every time we go to promote people, out of the 500 we have like 5 or 6 people we recommend.

Got it. I'm sorry to know this, and I did earnestly hope that in correcting my GGT mistake, you'd see my intentions were never to be a tyrant and that I have no issue with saying I'm wrong. Exactly. When people say that, (white) it automatically deems them as a racist. It's like you can't win--and by me saying THAT probably makes me a 'racist'.

I got into some shit with some black kid back in high school cause he'd walk in, bitch about being in the class with a bunch of wetbacks, and after a few days of him callin' us all wetbacks (nobody in class even knew Spanish that well), I stood up and said ''Its not very comfortable being in a class with some ghetto $$$$er that claims to pull pistols on everybody, either.''

He was FURIOUS. I got a referral and two days detention for it, too. :(
