Lets talk about Marvel vs Capcom 2.
It's too easy.

This Gears of War tshirt is swell. Can't beat $10 (which will turn into $5, when I return my preorder) for 1600 Xbox Live Marketplace points and a Gears of War tshirt.
I like Duran Duran.
Me too. As long as it's pre- 1990.

Hi dudes... I tried that asshole scammer's aging creams... it didn't work very well, look what it did to my face (I have to hold my skin in place):

Yes google is. Its also the best spell checker IMO lol. Many times I couldn't figure out how to speel a werd and I just typed what I thought it was in there and hit search lol.

Yes that was on purpose too...

On another note, my partners LP copy of RATTs Invasion of Your Privacy still has the insert for RATT: The Video. It lists that you can order it in VHS or Betamax. Shows how old it is lol
Thats just creepy, Hex...
You should see what it's done to my reproductive system.

I'm suing that asshole into prison.
I've got a pretty good job, actually. But it's not what I want to do. The problem is, I've never wanted to do anything. And everything I have the slightest interest in would be a horrible career and/or has just about zero job opportunity. Oh, and I hate writing and public speaking, so I couldn't take the tradition ways out of worthless degrees. Unless you count gas station attendant.
My problem is... I've always known what I've wanted to do since I was a kid. No matter what's happened, that dream has never died. However, I know that most likely, I'm never going to live out that dream. However, I also know that you can't just sit back and do nothing... you have to keep on doing and creating so that your path becomes clear.

Basically, and in all seriousness (since I know that most of you will find a way to twist this into a joke), if there's something out there that you would do forever even if you NEVER GOT PAID, that is what you were put on this earth here to do. I've found something like that, and I still work on that dream little by little. Granted, the odds are stacked against me... but shit, I'm no stranger to weird things happening. You never know.

And of course, until you find your true calling, you need to keep on working, even if you don't enjoy your employment. I mean, nobody wants a stay-at-home anything.

I had forgotten that Sneaky, 6669, Javeryh, and myself all joined CAG on the same day. Interesting.
That is pretty cool... :)

No, no. That was a given beforehand. Now they have the texture and appearance of a tortilla!

:(

Random thought:

Why is it that some people and some memories can never fail to make you feel miserable, even after you were doing great?

Hmm... looks like my day is pretty much crap now.
Man, what the hell? http://www.i-mockery.com/halloween/bag/dinosaurs-attack.php
And here I was thinking that the Garbage Pail Kids had fucked up the eighties generation enough on their own...

Life lesson: seventeen credits, a job, and trying to be involved in things outside of class leads to your not having a life. Don't do it! :whistle2:?

Heck, right now, I'm studying for a German exam that I've got in an hour and a half. Why did I think that engineering was a good major again?
Why did I think that engineering was a good major again?
Apparently you never listened to me bitch about it. I've hated engineering ever since I was employed as one.

Apparently not. More importantly, though...you changed your user name on me, didn't you?

I need to stop taking these extended unintentional breaks. Coming back is always confusing afterwards...

Yes'm.

What engineering field you going into?

if you say electronic, I'll smack you. ;)

I'm leaning towards Aerospace, and by "leaning" I mean I'm taking my first course in the subject this semester. Electical or CS were both options, but I like the idea of making big shiny things that are loud and can fly. :)

Now that would be cool.

Electronic will end up being 20 years behind a soldering iron, don't do it.

Sorry to hear that Saucy.

Its even worse when the anti-depressent you're on doesn't make you feel better from time to time.

I've heard that a few times, which is part of why I'm not considering it. I don't think I could handle circuits for the rest of my life...my attention span is too short for that. :)
I must have these. If the site is to be believed, a full set costs like $5.
It's only 55 cards, apparently, so that makes sense. That said...I think I need those cards. :D

And with that, off to class for the German exam, and then work. Oh joy.

I swear next time a room mate is cleaning the bathroom. Next I need to go over the tiles and shit in the tub. Taking a break after scrubbing the tub. Much needed break is more like it, as my knees were killing me by the time I got done with it.

Amen to that. I'm here until I can get a degree in Radiology, then off to the hospital I goes. I mean.. as a job I can't complain, since the hours are flexible, I can do pretty much what I want as long as shit gets done, that sort of thing. For instance, my boss is going to Taiwan from thursday until next monday, and since I'm stuck with my main project (waiting on a shipment of RF shielding braid..) I guess I get to pursue independent interests until the braid arrives and my boss gets back.

Independent interests = playing Defcon, watching DVDs and reading up on Radiology. :D

Wow, didn't expect that. While I was in Best Buy picking up Batman Beyond Season 2 for my friend's birthday, they actually had Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Definitely can't wait to play this later tonight when I'm back with my 360. Though I forgot to get my 1600 point card for 5 bucks with it.

Just grab a poncho and let your avatar be your guide. :)

Does anyone have any idea how to turn off the damn thing in Firefox that always pops up say "downloads finished"???? Its annoying as fuck and slows things down for me
Hell yes. Better than grabbing a sheet and going as a ghost.
Oh and speaking of avatars and costumes and such...your avatar just reminded me of this.

A few weeks ago I randomly saw some 30-35 year old guy wearing one of those Naruto metal bandanas. I can't remember too well, but I really don't think he was wearing anything else Naruto-related, and I know it definately wasn't a costume. He was just wearing it to feel cool I guess.

I can understand how you feel. Sometimes I wonder if, when I had insurance, I would benefit from an anti-depressant. Sadly, it just made my physical illnesses even worse. It especially took a toll on my nerve damage. They would give me a Prozac or something when I was younger... it would throw my nerves out of whack even more and people thought I suffered from Parkinson's.

Thankfully, my nerve damage seems to be under control. Once in a while, I'll get tremors, but it's nothing that a muscle relaxer can't fix.

After 22 years of hell, the last thing I ever want to see is another needle or another bottle of pills.

You can hang a bottle of Elmers glue around your neck and go as your fursona.

With your "skin condition" from that shit you put on your face, I wouldn't worry about a costume if I were you. :)
I won my lawsuit, by the way. NOW I CAN AFFORD A PS3. :D
