That really lame game show Midnight Money Madness is getting cancelled after tonight's episode. It's on TBS right now so if you haven't experienced the crappiness tune in now.
I am gonna turn this shit off! I can see why it got canned. There is guy ghost riding the whip on there....?
No, it's the keyword. I also use "pp" for paypal, "bb" for best buy, etc. Just sometimes ... it forgets.
oh, you're right.
Do you make them somehow?

Tonight's Daily Show "This Week in God" bit was blisteringly funny.

"The German opera production has a scene that shows the heads of various dieties on chairs, including Mohammed's, as seen here. But we don't want to offend the Muslims, so we've blocked it out with a picture of a giant ham."

And later...

"Judiasm! The religion responsible for every war!"
I just had an idea for the most idiotic survey question ever...
No sir, I don't like it.

I just downloaded Internet Explorer 7 and after fooling around with it for a minutes I realized it's pretty much a clone of Firefox, only it doesn't do anything better.

So my poll idea _____-est bald man alive!

I mean think of the possibilities here, you've got:

Cheapy (of course), Homer, Billy Corgan, Yoda, Montel, Sinead O'Conner, Isaac Hayes, Bozo the Clown, Captain Picard, Andre Agassi, Steve Austin, Samuel L. Jackson, Uncle Fester, the American Bald Eagle...

problem is what to put in the ____ :whistle2:k

I think the interface of IE7 is a little too cluttered (at least on my PC). You're right about the extensions though. IE may be slightly faster, but the extensions are what makes Firefox the best. I guess Microsoft either didn't get that memo or is still working on it.

The wheel just broke off of my fuckin' office chair.

-> wobble, wobble

Man... this T'R'U B2G1 sale is consuming my soul, as I don't know what to get.

I'm really hoping to be able to return whatever 3 games I get later and get these:

Gears of War
Call of Duty 3
Rainbow Six: Vegas

, but I doubt I'll get that lucky.
they all link to the same thing.
and when I try to watch it, I see the guy holding a tazer say "danger, danger" and that's it.
There has to be more to it, either that or its just not that funny =/
I screwed up the second two links, yea, but you are supposed to click on the "watch movie" thing.

It's probably this browser's fault. Earlier versions of FF don't do copy and pasting well.

Here they are fixed:
That happened to me a couple of months ago. I fucking just balanced on 3 wheels for a couple of weeks until I fell twice in one day and said fuck it. Bought a new one.
I'm gonna steal one from work.
Get me one too. kthanx.
I'll be selling assembled office chairs out of the back of my trunk, next to Jay-Z and Tommy Hilfiger.

I'M COMING UP!

Wow, Godfather for 360 is all kinds of shitty. Glad to see the extra development time did absolutely nothing for the game, unless of course the graphics were somehow worse on the XBox version...
Let's play a guessing game:

What am I NOT wearing right now?

Your first hint is clothes.
Leiderhosen.

What do I win?

So there's this HBO special on junkies here on my tv at the hotel, and all I can think is man, why don't they show kids this shit? Seriously back in middle school/high school whenever they talk to you about drugs, why not show something that really shows junkies and how f*cked up their lives are? Instead of saying, oh don't do drugs, drugs are bad for you. So gay.
why not show something that really shows junkies and how f*cked up their lives are?
Just show 'em Requiem for a Dream.

EDIT: Watched Phoenix Wrong. Pretty good. The last one was the best, but everything thing with the big evil lawyer guy (German name escapes me) was awesome.

So where does one acquire the Phoenix Wright OST?

Have fun in Austin. That's a place I'd love to get to someday.

National Geographic aired a new Explorer (Lisa Ling's show) on Meth this week. Pretty interesting. I think a good psa would be to just show the pics of meth addicts before and after. Although for all I know that's already been done. Still people, especially young people, are always going to think 'Oh, that couldn't happen to me.'

So I finally got Hitman 2 today. This will the first game I have played in about 3 months other than Madden and MLB The Show.

this is annoying the hell out of me. can someone tell me what was the song Jim started randomly singing during The Office last night?

...and im on a school computer, so i cant look it up on TV.com or anything. Virtually every site (except this) is blocked.

If I'm remembering back to last night correctly, Jim was singing "Lovefool" by The Cardigans.

On another note, new sig.

I agree. Sometimes when they did DARE, it was either a naive cop or some dumbass washed up jock. It was kinda pathetic. I have Requiem for a Dream sitting on a disc somwehere that I've yet to watch. Been meaning to for over a year.

Also, is it me, or shouldn't they show those old movies from the 50s, 60s, and 70s about car wrecks and all the gruesome details/footage in drivers ed. To reinforce "this is what really happens in a wreck". It honestly wouldn't have phased me, but I know for some it would "scare them straight", so to speak...
OTT is slow today.

Slow like... well... I was going to say special but this thread is currently both unspeedy and remedial. :)
I agree. probably the calm before the storm though...

I swear, everytime I see your name, I somehow for a split second think that Bryan Erickson, the guy who does the industrial group Velvet Acid Christ, is a member here. As he used to go by the name hexfix93 (or someother number like that). Hell, he lives in Boulder, CO...

So...

Bob Dylan is playing at UW on Holloween with..........

wait for it....

the Foo Fighters. ???

$39.50 for students though...was hoping it would be like $15. last time I saw him live, I didn't understand a word he said which sucks because I listen to him for the lyrics.

Well The Skatalites show last night was 12 thousand degrees of awesome. Too bad I have to work all weekend, otherwise it would be the best weekend ever. Oh well, I'm taking a week off of work starting Monday anyways.
Damn this Talib and Hi-Tek cd is all kinds of amazing.
