It looks like PAX is gonna sell out fast. It's two months from the show and they're already warning it's getting ready to sell out.

i think I'm going to get my train tickets next week. Once i get that I'm set.

That reminds me, I gotta see if there is still room for the Joystiq Muffintop Breakfast. Drat, I gotta sign up for Facebook though. And someone already took Admiral Ackbar. :(

If I cared about trophy's I'd say the syncing, of course there's the stupid required updates, no mandatory demos on PSN games. I wouldn't say I hate the PS3, or else I would have never gotten one, It's just my primary Blu-Ray player and secondary gaming system.

I actually legit feel that way about my wii right now. There isn't anything I want to play on the 360 aside from RB, but there is a ton of stuff on the wii that I never got around to playing.

I have been thinking of starting up some light gun games as well. Those RE games are on my list of games I have been wanting to play.
 
Beach House, Califone, and Silversun Pickups are playing at Sundance for VIPs 21+, and bands like 30 Seconds to Mars and Dashboard Confessional are playing free all ages shows. :\

I can't wait to see my toe's Xray. Pretty sure it's broke. Purple and crooked. All because I lost my balance running and hit my stairs with most of my weight on my foot, almost like I put all my body weight into a kick against cement stairs.

Is there something wrong with him? I barely heard that one mixtape he put out last night and he comes hard, man. Sounds a hell of alot better, and has better delivery than almost everybody in the mainstream right now. I wrote him off as trash when I saw he was the protege of Lil Weenie, and the style sort of shows, but he comes way harder than Wayne does.. and to grow that big as an independent artist with no real CD is pretty respectful.. unless I'm missing something. Does he pick his wedgies on stage, or what? I saw a live show where they wouldn't even let him rap, and panties were being thrown on the stage. He's gonna be huuuuuuuge this coming year.

Oh, one thing I thought was funny was his Screwston song.. but he's from Toronto? :lol:
 
I've only heard a few tracks off his older mixtape and it stunk. I thought he was fucking terrible when he opened for Lupe. I have no doubt he'll sell some albums, but future of hip-hop? Get outta here.
 
Even Jay-Z wants a piece of his debut album. I'm trollin' pretty hard saying he's the future of hip hop, but he has a big bright future in hip pop and I'll give his album a listen. :D
 
I like him, but he's definitely more the heir to the Kanye/Wayne throne and that's about it. Drake's a good songwriter, above-average lyricist, and shoddy singer who makes it work.

Manny Pacquiao is going to fight some other guy in March now, not Mayweather. The fight is going to be in Cowboy's Stadium though, which is pretty cool.

I hear ya, I experienced my first tornado warning myself yesterday in the afternoon. I left work early to take my son to the Dr. for a checkup and got home just in time to cancel the appt and stay home...the drive home was brutal, worst rain I've ever experienced. Today is supposed to be pretty bad too, and it's going to hit right as I leave work :/

On the bright side, maybe you guys can have your own water for a year or two and the entire western half of the country won't catch fire, as a result.

Exactly, we've been under a pretty bad drought, signs everywhere in billboards and bus stops telling us to conserve water. Hopefully this rain gets us a few good inches of water.
 
My 14 year old cousin added me on facebook. :/ don't have the heart to ignore her since she looks up to me. But don't want to add her either and have her stalk me.
 
Stuck at work for another 30min...waiting to leave but not looking forward to traffic in SoCal with rain.

BTW You should get Darksiders if you haven't already. It's like a Zelda type game, loads of fun.
