I asked the developer about Desura keys since the first game is on Desura and the second one is coming soon. We'll see.

I think he recognizes that to be taken seriously as a developer you have to move outside of RPG maker because he is working on a non-RPG Maker reboot of this game but that's not the one on this deal and it won't be ready for a while.

I think the concept is interesting and sort of Inception-like, but the format is limited. I'd probably at least give it a try but on the other hand the fact that there's a better non-RPG Maker remake coming kind of discourages me from doing that and makes me just want to wait for the better version.

This deal is a little confusing because of the way the DLC is available on Steam, but rest assured that the DRM-Free windows RAR has all DLC. Pay at least $1 to unlock Steel Storm: Burning Retribution on Steam and beat the average to get a steam key for the Forgotten Prison DLC expansion story.
