A risk at Gamestop? Yes. A risk getting it for Gamefly? Not really. Gamefly's cases and manuals are always pristine and include any download codes and the disks are usually buffed regularly.

I agree.
I rather take my chances at Gamefly.
I purchased a good number of games from Gamefly and most of them were in like-new condition with dlc codes included.
AWH on the other hands have been a total hit or miss.
My last 2 "like new" games from AWH were barely in acceptable conditions.
I thought about complaining but those 2 games were cheap (Killzone 2 $7 + Ridge Racer 3DS $12) and not worth the risk of being banned.
Getting banned by Amazon for a few measly dollars would totally suck.
