My birthday is coming up and I see an anime set I want to get myself. I just wanted to know what everyone else thinks about them. Thanks.
 
Yes they are definitely reliable, and have become more of a mainstream company lately, so it is widely reported that they are reliable. I have ordered from them twice and never had any problems.

I ordered from them and finally recieved my 2 dollar games today. I guess they are reliable adn they have a commericial on TV.

I guess I have been lucky. I have dealt with EB several times and the only time something was a problem was due to the US Postal service screwing up.

Well, Im sure that more people who have bad experences with them post ratings then the people who have good experences.
