it's funny coz not too long ago (late last year) I was in the market for Is Dead and Buhloon Mindstate,

but no digital releases + couldnt find them for cheap at used record shops, I never picked them up...

but now!!!! they're mine!!!

 
Hey it's been pretty quiet around here so I was wondering where everyone goes for their underground hip-hop news or forums? Pretty much have not been around anyone that listens to anything close to hip-hop anymore.

I have a facebook group where I do most of my rap/hip-hop discussion. It's a group of us that "met" on the Amazon Hip-Hop forums, then moved to our own forumotion forum when Amazon mods started deleting too many posts (seriously they delete stuff with obscenities even if the obscenity is in the title of a song they SELL ON THEIR OWN SITE). After that the group died for a while, but I invited all the guys (and like one or two girls) on fb to a group. It's been working pretty well. No real trolls, just a few guys with stubborn troll-like personalities. It's a private group too so no one can see what you post in there. I'd be happy to send you an invite, but I know some people are pretty anti-fb.

Recently I've been listening to a lot of Jacka - Rest in Peace. One of my favorite rappers ever. Was thinking of starting another OTT Hip Hop one if there's any interest.
