A points account is the way to go to start out because there are a bunch of offers you can complete quickly. Also you can order a game as soon as your complete 2 offers and go green, then repreat the process. You could probably complete 6 offers and have 3 games ordered in an hour. When you do a referral account you have to submit your account for review everytime you want a game which usually takes 4 or 5 days.

i did 2 deals to get the bundle

the stamps one was supposed to be 1 $ it charged me 15$$$

i ended up getting it for 17$ how do i get it so it wont charge my account anymore

Stamps.com puts a $15 charge on your account. The $15 will be refunded if you decide to cancel the offer!
