The 5 points for EASYMENUPLANNING is accurate -- I received 5 points also. It was to be used to "purchase" one of their downloadable recipe books.

I go to several freebie sites when I see new ones I haven't claimed yet I post them here I do check their Facebook as well and sometimes I get emails with codes in them also so a little bit of everywhere I suppose.

 
You can type in any 16 characters. I just retried Hurrayforgameday, and it told me "The code entered is a duplicate" so it should still work.
