Those codes might not be valid anymore. I've read that they all had an expiration date of December 31st, 2009. I can't verify this myself since I already used mine way back, but I thought I'd let you know.

I have myself a copy of the code and haven't used it yet because I have yet to acquire L4D2, but I'll redeem it in a few minutes to see if it works and I'll report back.
 
I tested all the 360 codes. Even my Infinite Undiscovery code that "expired" on 3/31/09 worked. PS3 is doing updates and installs so it'll be a few till I test them.
The PS3 codes all work as well.

I found more guides and A PS3 game to add. I'll put them up shortly. Was going to be a good kid and do my math homework but the website hates me and won't work as usual. I'll take pics and look up that MGS guide as well.
