That sucks man. I must have the Midas Touch when it comes to getting refunds. I just received a refund of $4.95 to my CC for buying GH: Metallica. I bought at $29.95, and they lowered it to $25.

If emails do not work...call them. There were a few times where I had to be extremely diligent until they caved in.
 
That sucks, I actually ended up getting a $5 promotional credit from them (asked for a refund, they said they couldn't, and sent me a $5 credit). What's great, is that the price is now back up to $39.99, so I practically just got $5 for nothing. I love you, Amazon.
 
Please, these deals have mostly been PMing Best Buy/Wal-Mart. They can do a lot better than this. I don't expect Cyber Monday to be incredible, but I'll be disappointed if it doesn't at least match these deals (just with older games).
 
Slept on L4d2 and DA:O and the prices jumped up to 39.99 again. Oh well found someone on CL who is selling L4D2 and MW 2 for 60 bucks together. :)
 
That sucks evildead. I managed to get DA:O and Brutal Legends during the lightning round earlier this week just to find out the same price was on all day yesterday. Let me know when you get L4D2 in and we'll play some.

I just scored minty copies of both MW2 & L4D2 from someone on Craigslist for 60 bucks total so I'm game for online.
