The school and the Kwik e mart would be great. I don't see how they would skip those, there hasn't been a school (except the Friends one) and a convenience store would be great as well.

Yeah, it seems like it would be a good opportunity for some AFOL sets staying in the sort of higher end of complexity and price. I just figure that most people interesting in buying these sets would at least be in the late teens. I'm still slow to pull the trigger on the house but the minifigs were pretty classy and I would potentially go all in if they had some decent sets to make for a little Springfield.

 
I could see a Kwik e Mart.  If they made the school, people will complain about how small it is, though it's a great way to pack in some of the kids/teachers.  Same with the power plant. 

 
I was at Walmart yesterday, really odd Walmart and didn't see any.  I was hoping for Movie mini figures.  They did have Friends series 4 (got the penguin) and a ton of Friends polybags.

Yes, I got the Rapunzel poly and two other Friends polybags (30112 and 30113) for my daughters Easter basket from Walmart the other day. Did not see any minifigures, though all I have even seen at Walmart were opened and stolen minifigure packs.

I was going to buy them until I realized it would have been $12 for all of them and I rather get any of these for just a little more, or even less, when Target has a 20% off sale again...

Yeah thee movie turtles look stupid as hell.  I wish they just kept the same heads/faces as the cartoon.  The vehicles look a lot better but not worth it.

The Ultra Agents sets are hit and miss but why would I bought a $12 et with 88 pieces when I can spend $20 and get 241?  And the $20 sets go on sale more than the $12 sets.

 
I prefer the smaller sets in the Ultra Agents line, although the truck is kind of cool. The one thing that popped out to me when I saw that $12 set was the torso for the agent, I didn't see it in any other sets. I thought it looked pretty cool.

Same here. I went "That's not a $12 set, that's like an $8 set, but that FBI torso is awesome".

Oh yeah I havent even looked at those...yeah they look awful (the turtles). I have passed on the sets so far but it kinda makes me want to at least get the minfigs for the older ones if they are going to start looking like these. Ninja Turtles was one of my favorites growing up...I had nearly every single figure they came out with in the 80s/90s.

I've only picked up the small Michelangelo set so far from the first wave of sets, I was a huge TMNT fan as a kid, but didn't have any interest in the sets. The turtle figure is so awesome, they really nailed it.

Yeah there is a new polybag with him in it but I havent been able to find it yet...definitely getting it if I see it.

Target and Amazon have the Lego Princess (Friends) sets all for 20% off. First time I have really seen much of a discount at all on these sets. I grabbed a couple off AWD for 20-35% off but I havent really seen them on sale outside of AWD (which has been rare too).

Kind of want the Tangled set but damn, that looks like a $25 set with a $40 MSRP.
 
Hand painted mini figures are about $20 each.  

Just think about it as how much we will be paying for series 15 CMF.  ;)

anyone on here live in Cincinnati Ohio???  just curious as there is guy selling a box of Lego Simpsons minifigures - i'd gladly split the cost with but I'm in Columbus...

 
I just picked up 4200 and 70400 at TRU for $7.50 each.

Then ran into every person I have ever met. :)

But I lost this LEGO rock piece from the Lone Ranger mine. I just found it with all the cool pieces from the set....

Outside. I raked and went "wait LEGO" and looked in the leaves and found it. Really bizarre and very happy.

Oh yeah someone was complain about the price of the Rapunzel tower, which I agree it looks like a $30-$35 tops.  However it was on display at TRU and has a ton of awesome details in the back.  It even has a paint thing and paint brush.  

 
Despite some of the cool accessories with Rapunzel's tower, it really does look like a $20 set.  

I mentioned it before but, I'd drop modular pricing on a 2,500+pc Rapunzel tower.

 
I'm not seeing that.  The tower looks like a $30ish dollar set, what looks like a $20 set to me is the carriage, that thing is tiny and $30.  However Friends sets used to cost more, and the mini dolls must cost more so you get less of them.

Either way still better priced than the City sets.  The Arctic plane looks like a $25 set and it's $40-$45.  I never understand how LEGO figures out prices.

 
Got a couple of offbeat clearance finds today:

Target  #60017 Flatbed Truck for $5.98

Walmart #75018 Jek-14's Stealth Starfighter  $24.00

              #76017 Captain America vs. Hydra  $10.00

              #76015 Doc Ock Truck Heist $10.00

I don't know why they clearanced those two Super Heroes sets as they are new...not gonna argue though as we saw The Winter Soldier last night and my son wanted a Red Skull figure.

Edit:  I also bought the Hobbit Blu-ray at  Target this morning that comes with the Legolas minifig and accessory kit.  Damn thing was shrink wrapped but missing the Legos...hope they have one left as they only got 4 this morning.

Picked up Cinderellas castle and meridas highland games for a grand total of $59.26 at target today. Probably extremely YMMV but the cartwheel discount didn't go through until after I swiped my card so the cashier manually entered 10% off before I swiped. She didn't even realize what happened as there were a few people behind me. If I would have known I would have picked up the carriage and the mountain hut as well. 

Also, the mini emerald express and the two other similar creator sets that are normally 4.99 are on sale for 3.99 at target.
