Holy Shit, my tracking for SW went active last night, and it's due to arrive by Saturday. This might be the fastest shipping I have ever got from LRG.

What a sweet Xmas gift. It may actually arrive by Friday, as most of my recent estimates have been arriving a day or two early.

That's all well and good but I'm still bitter because my copies of Stealth Inc are nowhere to be found. I wonder how many customers are affected by the missing Stealth, Inc packages.

I wouldn't worry to much about this, as LRG knows there was an issue, so once they can confirm what happened specifically, the originals they shipped will be located, or they will send new ones. They hold back stock for losses/damages, so really it's just more of a waiting game, than actually loosing out.

The game is living up to it's name lol. Just got my copy yesterday finally, so I'd just be patient.

 
Lone Survivor is looking more and more to be a January release now, as I can't imagine they'd announce it with a little over a week in advance to still make it for December.

Also, just a heads up for everyone now, the thread will probably not be updated as often for about a few weeks after Christmas, as I'll be in Japan and Taiwan during that time, so while I'll do my best to pop in when there's updates, there may be days I just forget since...well, I'll be on vacation, so it's probably the last thing on my mind. :D

Sweet, enjoy the trip. I always wanted to visit Japan, as I've always enjoyed the culture since I was younger and first got in to Anime and Importing games. Hopefully I'll make the trip at some point, as I would still love to go.

Me going to Taiwan would be like going to Amsterdam, way to many possibilities to get in to trouble :twisted: So I better stay away from there at all cost. LOL

Thanks all, and it will certainly be fun as it's been a few years since I've been back, so I've been looking forward to it for awhile now, especially since I was in grad school for those few years, so can't wait to have a nice long vacation. :D

Considering that it is reasonable. But just that extra 9 bucks put me past what I was willing to spend. I need to really cut back on my spending for non essential stuff. I just can't afford to throw money at games anymore.

If it ever ends up at Amazon or bestbuy then I'll get it. I'd love to have it.
 
Squarehard, Have fun on your vacation. I was born in Taiwan and Japan has always been on my bucket list. I want to see the gaming scene there as well experience all that delicious food. I am jelly.....

Have fun Square! That sound's like an awesome vacation. As much as I would love to see the gaming/anime districts in Japan, I think I am more jealous of all the food you will be enjoying!

 
I'm actually glad Lone Survivor won't make it this month, as I'm BROKE! Hopefully they'll delay it long enough to combine it with another release to save on shipping cost, but I'll guess we'll have to wait and see.

Likewise, I can't handle anymore LRG purchases this month. Hopefully I'm in better financial shape next month though.

I never thought I would see the day when I'm asking for less physical Vita releases, especially at the great prices of $25-$30, but damn if LRG hasn't gone wild lately.

I love em for it, as I have been able to delete many a title from my full memory card, but damn If I'm not thinking "Be careful what you wish for", as this is a Twilight Zone episode where my wish has gone horibly wrong! LOL

 
I just backed Sharin no Kuni for $40 + 9. fuck it, it's basically the cost of two LRG Vita releases and seeing how much the SW variant is going for, why the hell not? Sure it's a more popular franchise but some obscure games got for quite a bit. 

I was also thinking of trying to get 2x copies but I have no idea how the hell these add-ons work or if I'll even have the option to select 2x Vita copies.

I think the creators suggested people make a second Kickstarter account to get another copy. Not sure if it's changed since then or why adding another copy via add-ons isn't an option.

Yikes... had to do some serious bread scratching to convince myself to buy one copy for $49. Don't think I wanna pay another $49 for a 2nd copy, especially since KS have no guarantee for delivery.

Speaking of a 2nd copy, if you pledge the physical tier on the Plague Road Kickstarter they allow a 2nd physical copy for only $25. So it will be $65 for two copies with the Kickstarter variant cover versus whatever LRG will charge for 2 copies (likely $80 plus shipping).

Kinda wished I had someone to jump in on this with me, but that fact that it's a Kickstarter, when it comes is another issue entirely and by the time it does, I might have forgotten about it.

No kidding. Shantae 1/2 Genie Hero is a prime example of this. Slated release was Oct 2014 and it just came out.

So there is a known issue that many people's Stealth Inc orders went missing (or were you just speaking about the prior poster's order)? Just curious, still no update on my order since the shipping label was created on Dec. 6th. The response I received from their ticket system suggested they were just very busy and hadn't actually shipped them out yet. They didn't mention anything about the order being missing...

Actually, this has been discussed with Josh some pages back, and he noted that these were already shipped out, and the issue is with USPS now, so they're trying to figure out why they haven't been sent off yet.

Not that it is in fact LRGs issue or not but I just found out today that we have 5 days worth of USPS shipments for our company sitting at a postal sort facility because Amazon had such insane volume this year and they take priority. That's almost 10,000 of our orders that are all going to be late for Christmas. It's entirely possible LRG is in a similar situation.
