Test Drive Eve of Destruction for PS2 and OG Xbox (360 BC)is the closest we've gotten since PS1. That's probably why it's still selling for $35+.
I love that game despite the ultra repetitive THPS-esque soundtrack.

It's not for everyone but I loved Sword Art Online. They are also simulcasting the new Digimon series if you're into that. Soul eater is good as well not sure if it's on Crunchyroll but it is on Netflix.

From reading this I say probably you renatto. I get what he was trying to ask and I'm sure you did also, he clearly is just confused about your links because when you click on any of them it tells you bundle only. He might have not have wrote it like a question but i'm assuming he was confused thus the question mark. So to make things simple, choose "Magyarország" as your country/region (that is "Hungary" in Hungarian). That's not super obvious...
Is it OK to change your locale to download DLC? I've done it once to download a demo but I'd like to not make a habit of it if there are any permanent consequences.

You can buy, download from any other region without risk on Xbox ONE.
In this case the region doesn't matter, you can check it on your own region, because you can not get there the DLC-s (Unavailable/Bundle only). You can get trought the website mentioned above by uplay.

For anyone still confused (?), click the above link. Make an account. Click on the various ways to earn "points." Redeem points for the DLC Renatto listed (I believe he only provided the links to "show" the items that are available through this promotion; however, you can not get them free on the XBOX Marketplace in and of itself) - it will be a code for PS4 or XB1, depending on what you select. Redeem code through the Store or Marketplace. Download DLC. Be happy.
*this assumes you are in the USA and don't want to change your region*

The pop-up window may say something about being sent an email with the code but I've been talking to Ubisoft support for a few months now on this as I never received emails with codes for the PS4 version of the DLC. Just pay attention to what the website says, don't be a victim like me.
