I got it from on demand. When I said I "just redeemed it" I meant "I redeemed it just now" not "all I did was redeemed it through the app". Looks like they moved things around a bit since earlier today, but if you go to the XboxE3 pane on the dash, then Watch Xbox Daily, pick the "Tuesday on demand".

Also fast forwarded through the video to the 58 minute mark and it gave me the "Get it now" button again. Wonder if it'll work again.

I'm out of the country and wasn't able to get in on the free avatar promo. I tried watching the video from xbox.com, but haven't gotten a message, so I think you had to do it from the console, which I don't have access to right now. If any of you guys aren't going to use the female avatar code, would you mind sending it my way? I'd greatly appreciate it.

It's a free play weekend thing. You can play the full game but after this week it'll be relocked. They're offering it for sale at half price if you like it.

Unless I misunderstood/misheard the Daily Xbox Briefing also stated that Raam for KI would be free for the weekend.

Thats the loyalty rewards they have been using for the last couple of games, and if they will do as they did on FM6 you will also get ingame credits based on the amount of cars you have in the other games (In FM6 it was possible to get 25mil credits in the game)

THat info you have also on Forzamotorsports.net homepage. with detail info about the diffrent versions aswell that you can pre-ordered, My Ultimate edition was pre-ordered as soon as it came out.

I was able to claim it. Watched the Tuesday On Demand and got it. Did it for a few other accounts as well. Maybe I'll have extras.

Almost correct, but you won't lose any credits or licence. However in the new region maybe some addons/games not availabe, so can not download there, but if you have it on the HDD, you can still use. Anyway you can change regions after 3 months, so I think this is not as good deal now...

Not sure if it was ever mentioned here but General RAAM is the free rotating character in Killer Instinct, which is itself a free game. You can even earn General RAAM achievements. There's no download. He'll simply show up in the game's roster.

Amazon had the digital version of the base game for $30 like a month ago so I assumed that M$ lowered the price to $30 as well. So would the 50% off make it $30 or $15. Cause at $15 it's a definite steal. Are the map packs on sale as well?

I'm assuming it'll be $30 but I could be wrong. As for the map packs, all maps/weapons/armor are included as free updates to the game.

 
It may or may not be off topic. I currently don't have gold on my account but I'm able to play games with gold games. I have the new dashboard preview, can anyone with the new preview confirm this? Thank you. Also in case it is a bug, I hope Microsoft doesn't fix it.

The games are from games with gold and my gold recently expired. Maybe that's why I can play those games. I thought it had something to do with me having a preview dashboard.

I think it's a bug of the Latest Preview dashboard. I had the inverse problem, so even I have gold I couldn't start the GwG games for a few days, because I got the message to buy the game. :) They fixed it 2-3 days ago...

Nice! I wonder if I keep it offline if it will still work after July 5th. :)

Fallout 4, Rocket League, and WWE 2K16 are all still working for me as long as I'm offline (pulled ethernet) before starting those games. Oh and I moved them to my external HDD to reduce the chance of going online with them. I don't keep the external HDD plugged in all the time.

Remember, when this starts try to download it as soon as you can because the game is HUGE and it will eat your HDD space. Last time I checked without that update mentioned it was 86GB. So:

- you have to make space for it to download everything

- you will have to spare those precious hours to not to play it while it is downloading.

Is it because your console is also set to a home console? Not understanding since mine isn't setup that way and also I require to sign in to play anything.

I still sign-in to my account, but without the Internet. I guess it is set as the home console. I'm not logged into any other console. Is that for game sharing?

Speaking of game sharing, how does that work? I was considering doing that with my brother. So if I want to give him access to my games, he would need to log into my account on his Xbox One? Am I able to get his games by logging into my console with his account?

Yes. The games he buys will show in your install box. Games you buy will do the same on his.

I do it with my little brother. Split the cost of the game or do you buy one I'll buy the next.

In a nutshell you sign into your xbox with your bros account and set it to home xbox. he does the same with your account on his xbox.

You have to be signed in and online for it to work. It uses your GT as a license verification of sorts.

If your internet goes down you can only play the games your brother has bought on his account because his account is the "home console". If you try to run a game you've bought on your account it won't work until an active internet connection is restored.
