did you buy it yet smog? I think some people probably weren't happy w/ the delay, but probably not enough to affect sales. It has had some server issues from what I've heard. But most likely there's other "bigger" titles coming out this holiday. Especially with the sony crowd, it caters to the hardcore gamer. These kind of games are sort of niche I would say.

I think sales will turn around. word of mouth will prove that and the game has long legs that will most likely extend beyond a year at least.

Yeah I got it a couple weeks ago. Sony did not advertise it nearly enough. The servers suck but that doesn't even matter. Everyone who sees/plays it loves it yes, but tons of people dont even know about it. My friend who has a PS3 (no online) called me and asked me if he should get it. I couldnt believe he didn't know about it, since he is a Manager at Target. Makes me sick that a masterpiece like this hasn't even hit a million in week 1. Honestly, and I hate to say this, if it was on Xbox360 it would be up there with GearsofWar right now.

I agree that sony slacked on ads but if I don't start seeing some by december or january before killzone hits, then that's just wrong.
I think the sales are probably fine considering that this game has the potential to have really long legs.
I do know a lot of people who said they were going to buy the game all the way up to the week of the original release- and after the delay/confusion just bought something else. Now they are busy playing Dead Space, Bioshock, FallOut, Spider-man, etc.

I agree. I think the coustumes are a little pricey and won't be getting any of them. Besides, I'm sure they'll go on sale at some point.

I'm looking for CAGs to play with. I need help getting 2x and most importantly, help passing the second stage of the islands. (Can't beat that stupid boss). I've been getting some of those problems. Plus, I've been getting loading screens popping up for a second or two mid level while playing online with friends.
And the lag.....oh the lag.......it's been making some parts of the game almost unplayable. Even when we're all hanging out in a friends pod and just bsing or whatever, there are times when the framerate drops to almost zero.

So I hear, if you say some swear words in your level, the whole text line is replaced with "************" I was wondering why two of my text bubbles was replaced. I wonder what sounded like a curse word in that sentence. I heard a guy got his whole text taken out because he said, "cockpit".

Yea- after josh timed out at the end of his level- i froze and never recovered. Like 5 minutes later i saw the inside of your pod, and a second of a level, and the screen blacked out.

I have a couple of codes for the Nariko theme if anybody wants it. It's basically a picture of the Nariko sackgirl in the middle left part of the screen, with some LBPish stuff I guess. And the icons stay the same, but are all different colors. It's a bright theme.
I cant get the fancy chart to show up on here. Looks like they are at around 800,000 sold right now. Still a joke IMO

Either my connection really sucks or the servers for this game are horrible still. I keep having the loading screen pop up in mid game when playing online with others and at times the framerate STILL drops to almost nothing.
For such a large release, you would think they would have some of these bugs fixed prior to the game coming out.

Here's a problem i run into
On the level The Dancers court from THE TEMPLES
There is 40 items to find.I have found 39 of them and can not for the life of me find the last one.I even have the offical game guide and counting all the prize bubbles in there it only lists 39 as well but the game says theres 40.So which is it?

I'll look into that one.For some reason the guide doesnt show the location of every single prize bubble on the map layouts in the guide.I know of one other place in the level thats theres a prize bubble for sure and on the map it shows nothing in its location.

u know near the end... where there is a rippling snake of fire, there is a triangle hole in the wall maybe near the middle, if u havnt gotten that yet u have to jump into the triangle hole and go left and there should be 1 prize bubble there. not sure if thats the one u are missing.
