From what I have read, a lot of prizes ordered early April did not show up yet. My guess is that there was a technical snafu and they have no idea what happened.
I would suggest that you order something small, like a t-shirt, hat, whatever, on that account...
If that shows up in roughly 30 days, then you will know that the account has NOT been flagged... If it doesn't, then you can try whatever you want...
Once you get the item, send them an email inquiring about your missing prizes (it will be past the 8 week mark by then) and be sure to indicate (this is very important) the small prize you ordered, and received, since then. It will take them several weeks to get back to you with a substantial message (there may be a quick "we are working on it" message right away), but you with either get your prizes (if they are still available), or you will get your points back.
Course, it will take roughly 2 months before it is resolved... But at least you will get your prize, get a refund and have it removed from your list (so you can re-order to the same address), or get confirmation that your account has indeed been flagged.
