Just got that Sigg bottle I ordered 3 1/2 months ago, no shipping confirmation...even though they refunded my tickets...?

They're probably going to un-refund your tickets soon then; Thats what happened with the games a few months back. I suggest you spend them quickly.

Already done - I spent them on Gears the same day the tickets were applied.

Got my KitchenAid timer today, which I ordered on 5/6. Got to say though, it's a refurbish one. It came sealed in plastic like it was new but there was to many markings on it. The chrome circle alone has markings all around it. At least it works.
 
Got the Rachael Ray cook book and Too Human both ordered May 11th came in a few days over a month. No shipping emails and no stickers on the prizes. Expecting two more items this week if they keep on the month schedule. Racked up enough to order two play and charge kits today. :) I really wanted some for the controllers I won. Now just a 360... one day. I'm keeping an account just for it and I can't use points on smaller items no matter what the temptation.

Pretty sure it was a CAG who made it. A good number of people on here are doing things to 'help' the players. Someone's set up a graph of all of the rewards (see a few pages ago), the faq at the begining is good for beginners, and the discussion on this forum seems to help (me atleast) keep going at grinding points. Its quite interesting how CAG really helps fill in all of the gaps that microsoft should have filled in their site.


Also, I'm working on an autotyper, pm me if you're interested.
 
I got gears that I ordered on 5/5/09. i think microsoft hates me enough that they stepped on the game case or maybe these xbox games are rejects from the production line. oh and there was no sticker on the stupid case!! Yay!!

Thanks for the heads up. It's only been a week since they canceled my original order and credited my points back, glad I didn't spend them on something else yet. Weird that they brought the prize back so soon after canceling orders.
 
A CAG did not create that site. Some of you guys give yourselves too much credit and don't realize the true potential that is available on this site. :lol:

Thanks, I didn't even know about that site! It actually helped me know my Xbox controller was coming today. That controller was also ordered on 5/12, so hopefully my Too Human that I ordered on 5/16 comes soon.

Oh, and I don't know if this was mentioned, but the Play and Charge kit is back for 3,200 tickets. Does anyone know if this is definitely black? I got a black controller last month, so it would be nice if they matched :)

def match the black controller it is black but the one they sent me is faulty gets very hot and the green light never comes on after its fully charged
 
Why are your reporting CB to BBB? I would think that you can't because technically, you aren't buying anything and they aren't selling anything either.

I don't know if I would bother -- especially since you said you typically run 3 accounts per day. You might just draw some unwanted attention.

They cancelled the orders to avoid shelling out ones to those of us who ordered it when it first popped up for 1000 points.

Only partly true.

A. Gamer provides the domain and hosting. The concept and information comes from another site. Even the name of the site is a hint of where it came from.

The site is all mine... Domain, hosting, data crunching... I just happened to own that domain (long story), and figured it was the best fit from the list. It's not like I went out and purchased the domain, hosting, or any other out-of-pocked stuff. Just used what I happened to have handy... :whistle2:#

True, the concept was inspired by others... But ever since the site went up, there has not been any third party involved.

Technically, I am a member of CAG, and many, many other forums... But, my site is not affiliated with CAG, or any other forum for that matter... ;)

I ordered Office Ultimate 2007 on 4/10 and an umbrella on 4/3. I might be jumping the gun but I'm positive that the account is flagged. I can't help but think that it's because I ordered an Xbox 360 on that same account. LSC probably thought that I was cheating since I redeemed the two most expensive prizes.

If they thought you were cheating, it was not because of what you ordered... :roll:

And, you have absolutely no justification for a case against CB. Read over the ToS you agreed to, and you will discover you are totally SOL:

"Microsoft can disqualify you from the Program if Microsoft believes you are not complying with the Terms or if you are suspected of activities that Microsoft deems as unlawful."

They just have to 'believe' that you not complying, or 'suspect' you of unlawful activities. No need for any proof or justification. They don't even have to notify you that you are disqualified... :roll:

I figure I have two options, I could bend over and take it then wait another 3 months to order Office 2007. Or I could go with BBB and try to get my prizes.

I'm still accumulatin tickets but my two largest accounts only have like 17,000 tickets each. I really needed that Office 2007 software for my stepdads office.

From what I have read, a lot of prizes ordered early April did not show up yet. My guess is that there was a technical snafu and they have no idea what happened.

I would suggest that you order something small, like a t-shirt, hat, whatever, on that account...

If that shows up in roughly 30 days, then you will know that the account has NOT been flagged... If it doesn't, then you can try whatever you want...

Once you get the item, send them an email inquiring about your missing prizes (it will be past the 8 week mark by then) and be sure to indicate (this is very important) the small prize you ordered, and received, since then. It will take them several weeks to get back to you with a substantial message (there may be a quick "we are working on it" message right away), but you with either get your prizes (if they are still available), or you will get your points back.

Course, it will take roughly 2 months before it is resolved... But at least you will get your prize, get a refund and have it removed from your list (so you can re-order to the same address), or get confirmation that your account has indeed been flagged.

This is what I'm in the process of doing right now. I ordered a 360 4/4 and ordered the Zune earplugs on the 28th. If they come I will know my account has not been flagged. Then I will do what you have said A Gamer. Hopefully it will work out.

I too have a pending office that I ordered on 4/30, not to mention scene it ordered 5/5 and too human on 5/8. I see some people have gotten their prizes after me that already rec'd them.

it might be a snafu, as i ordered 2 controllers on the same batch of tickets on the way to office that i received. I don't think there is a reason for them to think i was flagged as i actually play legit. I had this account for 2 years since it started and so far have received all my prizes before this. But it is concerning as my prizes are taking longer than usual and people are getting the same prizes before me. But another indicator that this may be a snafu is the fact that they haven't been sending shipping emails like they usually do.

so everyone should at least hang in there and wait for the 12 weeks to start flipping out.

The only thing I've received is the largest ticket item -- the Zune -- and it was ordered on an account that has already received 2 Xbox's and a few other items. I don't think they'll flag you just for spending too many tickets. Although I do worry that they're not happy about the fact that I max multiple accounts most days.

My plan is to keep on waiting -- at least until the 12 week mark gets here.

yep waiting on Everlast Resistance Bands from 4/28 and a Controller from 5/1
 
I've received all my items so far (except the most recent ones, Zune earplugs ordered on 5/31 and Garrity flashlight 6/4) within about 6 weeks at most. I mainly play Flexicon using answers from anagramssolved. But the thing is I don't play everyday. I only max out when there's something I want/need.

The just ordered the Wink Package on the possibly flagged account. Hopefully I'm just being paranoid and Office will show up unexpectedly. But I'm still going to use another account to order it to another address just in case.
 
I ordered games and stuffz on 5/1 and none of tehmz haz showed up. Are they not sending delivery trackingz before they ship nao? I still did not get anything.

I want mii toolz set. :cry:
 
I just got my copy of Lost Odyssey yesterday; ordered it on 5/11. No shipping conf. or anything, just arrived at my door along-side another package I received from eBay.
