I've had a different problem for around the same time period... every time I finish a game it comes up with a "communication error" and doesn't save the score. Next time I start it up, it's the same puzzle again.
From what I've read, it's a flash issue, and uninstalling and reinstalling flash helps... did that, hasn't changed a thing. Perhaps they've been having some sort of error?
