Better than them holding onto our tickets and not sending prizes out. Why do you even post? I mean, everything you post is whining, if LSC is really that bad then STOP PLAYING! I know why you post, it's because you're trying to discourage others from playing, as if somehow the one person you persuade to quit will free up the exact prize you are hoping for just for you.

Well, after waiting almost 2 months, I finally sent them an email regarding my air miles. The confirmation message stated they would show up in my acct. within 15 days, and it's been almost 2 months now.

I haven't herd anything from my Xbox from 2/15! Same with Frog Ribs who ordered his a day after me.
 
we should just forget about club live until they fix themselves up. so far i didnt get my webcam whichis now almost the 5th month :( and my triangular pens didnt come for like a month now.

Not so much. People are still playing and getting prizes, just those that ordered the big stuff in the Jan-Feb range aren't getting any information on their orders. And if you're discouraged by the lack of 360s and Zunes, just keep playing. There's always a good chance they'll come back someday.
 
That Canon Powershot is looking pretty good right now. I originally started playing to get Rock Band but with the announcement of RB2 coming out with better instruments I changed my mind. Nothing else I want. Couple more days will yield me enough for the camera so just might have to go with that.

yeah same decision my friend made. So he's gonna get a mixer and sell that for RB2
 
So far my 3 magazine cards haven't been canceled.
I finally got enough tickets to order the Canon Powershot.
Hope it doesn't take forever to come in :)

I ordered an XBox on 6/27 and a wireless controller on 6/30. Still no sign of either, and the points haven't been returned yet. So don't lose hope.
 
OMG A WHOPPING 2 Magazine Gift Card Redemptions of mines were cancelled this morning.

I only ordered them 10 minutes after they were put back up.

IS ANYONE ACTUALLY GOING TO GET THEIR GIFT CARDS SENT TO THEM?
 
Are you guys getting email cancellations? I looked at my account just now and the magazine card I requested is not there anymore.
 
Yeah if the things you ordered aren't on your redemptions list, does that mean that they've been cancelled? If it does then PGR3 and a magazine subscription have been cancelled.

Yes that means that your orders has been cancelled and they will refund your tickets for those prizes.
 
Just checked and 9 out of 13 $15 gift cards have been canceled and refunded. Looks like I'm only getting 4.
 
Frog Ribs, did you get a response to your latest e-mail about the February Xboxs? I doubt it's any different from their other responses, but just wondering....

My triangular pens are going on 2 months since I ordered. They're still on my prize list, so they didn't get cancelled. I wonder why the small prizes are taking so long.

Has anyone who ordered a tote bag gotten theirs? That's also going on 2 months without any word.

It has gotten worse since Arvatou (sp?) first took over, but it is not half as bad as when Incentive Logic was in charge. There's still hope. :)

All this talk is making me wonder, just how many people are playing the game, and out of them, how many are ruining the system for everyone else and slowing down the queue? I mean if someone like woot (when they're not using smart post) can send out several thousand items at a time, every day and have minimal incidents, how come Microsoft can't afford someone like that?

Which is a better answer than before, I guess. Doesn't really change anything, though. I'll still be constantly checking my e-mail for a shipping confirmation, and I'll still be looking for a package or a delivery notice every day when I get home becuase the shipping confirmation isn't guaranteed to happen. :wall:

If you keep playing you'll eventually get used to it.

Less than a month of waiting would be considered fast, and that's AFTER they got better. Look back through the thread for the horror stories. Still waiting for stuff from last summer myself.

I can't remember exactly how long it took to get my tumbler and Rock Band, but I'd say it was around 2 to 3 weeks. If they're still keeping on track you should hear something soon for your Rock Band. I did get a shipping confirmation from them. Good luck!

dang, all i want now is the zune...now i dont know anymore since it might not come or ill get a brown one:cry:
 
Slap a skin on it. You'll stop caring about the color. I hated the way the case felt anyway (feels like nails on a chalkboard), and now I'm down to only hating the interface.
