The list just says LeafGreen isn't for sale. I'm talking about Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald. They're all part of the same GBA series of games and essentially almost the same game. I couldn't find copiesof Sapphire at any CC i went too, but found copies of the other games, that's why I asked.

And Ruby and Emerald aren't on the list so I don't know what you are talking about - especially since games have been added abruptly the past day.
 
Listen guys let me give my full report now that I'm home and have time.

I was there at 9:58 PST before they opened, though I appeared to be the only CAGer. I went straight for 4 games - Advance Wars, Meteos, Metroid Pinball, and True Swing Golf (the last of which I was just kinda hoping would be on sale). I hurried to one sales clerk who said he didn't have time to scan prices for me, but then I ran into the inventory manager for the video games and he did. While we were walking to the register in the middle of the floor, I asked him if he knew about the games that were clearanced, though not being tagged or separated as such, and he said that yes he knew, but that since he was the inventory manager, and that there were a LOT of games clearanced and to be clearanced, that he never bothered putting them in bins...he just updated the prices...sometimes.

Anyways, he scanned them, and I was 3/4 with the clearance games (poor True Swing :( ) and anyways while we were walking back to the DS section, I asked if he knew about any others, and he said he could go see if he had the list from CC central yet. A few minutes later he came back and said he didn't, but that he would soon. He went on to say that he was surprised the games were ringing up at 8.96...that the sale wasn't supposed to start until Friday (tomorrow).

This leads me to believe that Demo's revelation tonight will be the rest of the systems' clearance lists, since I don't think the DS games were supposed to drop today. Additionally, I think there will be some great games in there (hoping for Ninja Gaiden Black)...

Regardless, the guy was extremely nice and helpful and seemed to be excited more to get rid of old games than about any one game being really cheap (don't think he was a gamer, curiously enough).

Anyways, the sale officially/technically starts tomorrow, so expect all systems to get some love, in my estimation. Thanks to OP and everyone who's been updating this thread. I got the single best haul I've ever gotten off a sale from this one, and now can't wait for my Lite to play all these games on! :D

Not too shabby! I probably would've grabbed Lunar, Star Wars, Kirby GBA, and Donkey Kong, but they didn't have it. Oh well, I've been wanting Kirby DS for a long time, so I finally get to play it. Good haul. Bring on the GC sale!

Oh, btw, the girl who checked me out gave me another coupon it's good until 7/16. Make sure you ask for one if they don't give it to you.

Sorry, misread your post and the OP's list. The different Pokemons can be confusing at times.
 
I went to the CC in N. Attleboro, MA earlier. They had pretty much everything on the list that I was interested in, and plenty others from what I remembered (plenty of Metroid Pinball, Drill Dozer, the Urbz, Ultimate Spiderman, Advance Wars DS). I grabbed:

Meteos - DS (1 left)
Pac N' Roll - DS (at least 4 or 5 left)
Spongebob Squarepants - DS (at least 4 or 5 left)
Finding Nemo - DS (at least a few left)
Final Fantasy IV - GBA (1 or 2 left)
Kirby & the Amazing Mirror - GBA (a couple left)
Tales of Phantasia - GBA (a few left)
Sigma Star Saga - GBA (at least a couple left)
Also got Getting Up LE (PS2) of which there was 1 left and Tony Hawk's American Wasteland LE (PS2), but it was the last one. Also got rear-ended on the way home, so I don't even really want to look at the games I got right now, so...heh.

Ok, I just returned from my first CAG run.

I was able to get about 60-70% of what I was asked for. Sadly, my CC didn't have any additional copies of Meteos or Tales of Phantasia. They also didn't have any Lunar, FF1/2, Sword of Mana, or Pitfall/Zelda packs. I grabbed the final copies of FFIV, Trace Memory, and Sigma Star Saga for CAGs. I believe there are still copies of Dr. Mario/Puzzle League, Guilty Gear, GTA, Metroid Zero Mission, and Mario Party Advance.

I have PMed everyone who asked me for games before I went.

I was able to pick up the following as trade fodder:
Metroid: Zero Mission
Guilty Gear
Trace Memory
Star Wars: Episode 3
Dr. Mario/Puzzle League
Monster Trucks DS

If you are interested in those and you have either Drill Dozer, Kirby Amazing Mirror, and/or Zelda 4 Swords (screw Pitfall...), PLEASE let me know as soon as possible. I would absolutely love copies of those, especially if I can trade for them.

I'm about to PM people who have messaged me since I got back, and hopefully I can help them out.

Also, I never found any $15 off $100 purchases, but oh well. I looked around but didn't find it, and no one seemed to know about it either.

its good you got those, that CC is usually hit or miss. Sorry to hear about the accident
 
Snagged a Metroid Zero Mission, Guilty Gear, and 2 Zelda/Pitfall (one for me, one already worked into a trade). Sadly, no FF IV (trading for it!) or Trace Memory for me. They did still have a Zelda/Pitfall and a Tales of Phantasia on the shelf.
 
Damn it my store doesn't carry Meteos... how gay.

I did get Advance Wars, Metroid Pinball, and Trace Memory. -- They had more from the list but that's all I wanted. I'm very happy. DS Lite time!
 
I didn't find everything I wanted at my CC (no Final Fantasy titles or Trace Memory) but I did manage to get some decent stuff:

fuck, now I'm even more pissed because earlier I could have went to the CC that's just 10 minutes off campus, checked that one, then went straight to the CC that's 10 minutes away from my house.

If anybody checked the Carmel Mountain and Clairemont locations, let me know what they have/had.
 
Just came back for the second time today from the Waterford Lakes CC in Orlando FL. They had decent stuff, lots of AW and other goodies... no Drill Dozer, and I don't remember seeing any of the FF GBA games. I picked up an Advanced Wars if anyone is willing to trade for a Drill Dozer...

Damnit, I spent 70 bucks today, I forgot about the $15 off for purchases over 100. I would have bought Kirby Canvas Curse! I want that game so bad. Is it possible for me to go back with my receipt and tack another game on since I just bought them or no? :(

I don't see why not. If worse comes to worse you could just return them all, and rebuy them at the same time with Kirby + coupon.

Just got back from my second trip, I hit the Arden CC in Sacramento. They still had a lot of stuff left, I saw Lunar, FF Tactics, FF 1 and 2, Tales, Dr. Mario, DK, Trace Memory, and others. Even ran into a fellow cag and helped himfind the last copy of Meteos.

I'm now only looking for Metroid Prime Pinball and have a Tales of Phantasia to trade for it, PM me if interested.

I just had a friend @ the Roseville, CA CC Pick up Meteos and GBA: Mario Party. I had her put back Metroid Pinball. I know there is at least one copy up there.
 
Just got back from the CC in Boise, Idaho. Didn't find anything I wanted but they had 3 copies of FF4, 3 copies of Sigma Star Saga, 2 copies of Tales of Phantasia, and 2 copies of Mario Golf. Everything else was gone.
 
Act fast on this... I called my friend that works at CC, and she stated that there was an email that stated to pull games for a fourth of July sale. If you were planning on procrastinating, it may be a bad idea.
 
Went to CC at around 1:45pm and got FFIV and Tales of Phantasia...

There looked to be LOTS of FFIV (at least 10 copies), a couple Tales and FF1&2... I wasn't really looking for any games besides the 2 I got, so I don't know what other games are there. This is at the CC by the Florida Mall in Orlando.
 
Made a run after work, picked up:

Mario Golf (In plain sight, but last one I saw)

Somehow I got Golf without even realizing it was Mario Tennis I'm interested in. Guess the low price blinded me :) Anyone interested in trading? Looking for:

It's possible his boss called him and said what he said to us, and he has to work tonight (last activity 3:30pm). I have the advantage I can go in the morning, but you're right: I'd kinda like to know in time tonight so that I can go.

The other aspect may be, that if the other poster was correct in that a sale is starting tomorrow, the fairest thing to do (for those who would get screwed by those evil FW/SD lurkers) is to post a list after closing time and hope for the best Friday morning, when the sale officially starts. Also, would put CC in a position to lose a good bit of money for him to release a list a day before it happens and CC have to 110% PM it.

It's on FW, which means if the posts the list tonight there's going to be people waiting at opening tommorrow, which would be much worse (for us).

I picked up Tales of Phantasia, DBZ SSW, Trace Memory and FF4 Advance. As soon as I get some more money, I'll be making another trip.
