You did pretty well. The orginal series is called the Showa series. It has Godzilla: King of the Montsters, Godzilla Raids Again, King Kong vs Godzilla, Godzilla vs Mothra, Ghidorah the Three Headed Monster, Godzilla vs Monster Zero, Godzilla vs the Sea Monster, Son of Godzilla, Destroy All Monsters, Godzilla's Revenge, Godzilla vs the Smog Monster, Godzilla vs Gigan, Godzilla vs Megalon, Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla, and Terror of MechaGodzilla (Its the one with Titanosaurus). Most of them are in more or less in the same storyline.
The Heisei series starts with Godzilla 1985, then continues with Godzilla vs Biollante, Godzilla vs King Ghidorah, Godzilla vs Mothra, Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla 2, Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla, Godzilla vs Destroyah. They are all the same storyline, several characters appear in several of these films. The orginal 1954 Godzilla is in this storyline.
The current series has Godzilla 2000, Godzilla X Megagurius, Godzilla Mothra King Ghidorah, Godzilla X Mechagodzilla, Godzilla X Mothra X MechaGodzilla: Tokyo SOS (which should be coming out on DVD later this year or early next year), and Godzilla: Final Wars will be released this winter in Japan for Godzilla's 50th anniversary. The Godzilla in my avatar is from Final Wars, and the picture in my sig is of most of the kaiju that will be in Final Wars. The only one movies in this storyline that are related are the Mechagodzilla films.
If anyone is intrested in seeing a Final Wars trailer go here:

Its only 19 seconds, and its pretty cool. I would not be supprised if we saw Final Wars in Amercian theaters in the next year or two, so you might want to check out the link.
