LOST - The Final Season - LOST Auction Aug 21-22 (Post 1439)
Maybe Sayid, like you, has poor grammatical skills.
im thinking Nadia is another smoke monster thing that is why he said

IT instead of HER

and im sad that we never got to see the Dragons..... when that hatch went into lockdown and the Map popped up .. it said DRAGONS ARE HERE ..... its just too bad they never did anything with that map

I'm thinking you're a fucking retard. We assume he referred to Nadia as being the only "thing" he loved, therefore it'd be grammatically correct to say that he'll never see "it" again.

Stop overanalyzing stupid bullshit.
I wonder if Desmond is the person that Jacob said needs to come to the island, when he told Hurley to go to the lighthouse.
im thinking it is. mrs hawking told him that the island isnt finished with him yet.
yeah, i think they will. just like they took an episode to introduce them last year, i think theyll take an episode to go into their whole story, the island etc. i bet it will be one of the last 3 or 4, so be patient.
Oh believe me, I'm patient. I've liked all the episodes this season.

Future spoilers!
I think that was the best episode of the season yet. I have heard that the 8th episode will focus on Richard, so I'm looking forward to that one.
Episode 9.
I'm praying for a Desmond episode.
Your prayers have been answered. Don't worry.
People are assuming it was Nadia that Sayid was talking about. It could also be Shannon.
oh its nadia. shannon was a rebound.

Yeah, there's no way it's Shannon. They've shown repeatedly that Nadia was the love of his life in flashbacks, flashforwards (post Shannon), flash sideways last night etc.
I wonder if Desmond is the person that Jacob said needs to come to the island, when he told Hurley to go to the lighthouse.
But Jacob knew Jack would react the way he did. So I am not all that sure he actually needed Hurley to bring anyone to the island. Though I still think Desmond is coming to the island. I think Penny and him will end up on the island, Gilligan island style.

Yeah there is no way it's Shannon with all the back story they have done for Sayid and Nadia.

I wasn't saying that Hurley needed to bring someone to the island. Maybe Jacob lied about that part, but he wasn't lying about a person needing to come to the island.

Could've been the kids.
I thought about it. I think that Jacob sent Hurley to take Jack to the lighthouse knowing all well what he would do.The purpose was to break the 'lighthouse'. If I recall correctly Desmond was shot by Ben(last season?) while he and Penny had just got off their boat. If that is true then they may be regular boaters, and possibly then they could potentially get lost at sea and without the "lighthouse" to warn them they will crash back onto the island.

What I see happening with the season and the flash sideways is: The final episode will have a battle/war between the two sides that are currently forming and they will destroy the island. Then the characters from the sideways world will somehow end up all together on a plane and there will be a white flash and the series is over. (That way in however many years they can't try to milk the series and start fresh with the same concept)

Crazy prediction I know but wanted to throw it out there this early in case I'm even somewhat right.

You are, without a doubt, a fucking idiot.
all im just saying is wait and see
Grammar. Take a class!

When he says thing, it is correct to say IT.

If he would have said Nadia, then it would be correct to say HER.

Man, there is no way for me to care any less about the Kate-Claire-Baby storyline.

Fact. The show needs more Miles.

I dont really like what they are doing with Sayid storyline, he lofts back and forth way too much. But it is nice that he join the Loc army, I am guessing there will be some giant battle towards the end of the show and he will make a nice set piece for it.

The other thing, I am just not feeling the parallel universe sections, I dont really understand why I am suppose to care about these sections. Am I suppose to crumble with giddiness because they show them interacting with each other in the real world?

Just dont get it.

I dunno, I'm liking the theories that the woman he wants back is Shannon. Lost is all about shocks, what would be more shocking than the woman he truly wants to bring back after seeing all these Nadia flashbacks is Shannon rather than Nadia. I'm just saying, it would be interesting if it was Shannon instead of Nadia.

I just don't buy it. Throughout the entire series, not just this year, Sayid's love of his life has been Nadia. Nowhere has it ever been suggested that he felt for Shannon anywhere close to how he feels and felt about Nadia.

The actress that played Shannon (Maggie Grace) is so busy she will never be returning to the show before season's end... with that said, "it" has to be referring to Nadia. Why would they go through all the hoops on the backstories... come on people... don't think more into "it"... As for Walt theories, the actor that played him has grown considerably... I doubt we ever see him on the show again.

Maggie Grace is making an appearance.

God whoever was in charge of that promo should be shot. There was any more answers in that episode than there were in any other episodes this year

I felt the exact same way when he first showed up. I was thinking does the show really need another con artist? Over time though he has proved himself to be a decent addition to the regular cast.

BEN better not die. There is just a mysterious feel about him that I love....NO HOMO . and without Ben I really cant say I would enjoy the series as much .

For christ's sake when Jack and Sayid were talking about LOVE, Sayid said he would never see "IT" again, referring to "love", not to a specific person's identity.

Sayid would never see "love" again. Allrite ?

...no.

He meant Nadia.

How is this so hard for people to get?
Well after a great last week I'm back to apathy towards the show again.

Where the fuck is Sawyer?
screw sawyer.. where the fuck is desmond. we only have 9 episodes left

I've never understood the love for Desmond. He's always been a kind of a bland character imo.

Desmond's a great character, but his storyline could have ended last season no problem.

This was a boring episode. IMO only great ones this season were LA X and Sundown.

Next week should be good, hopefully we get the conclusion on the Outrigger Chase.

bah, the only thing the flash sides gave us is that the island did exist, people were on it, so was dharma. but good lord its still taking a long time to set up.

as for the action back on the island, they are teasing us soo much and setting us up for a clusterfuck of revelations in the last few episodes. even if they are going very very slowly, at least its starting to come togher. sides are being taken. widmore is back on the island. and hopefully that means desmond is coming soon, they keep showing his name in the credits, soooooo

I hope they do an Eloise Hawking and Charles Widmore flash back. I figure they have to wrap up the reasons why Eloise was ok with sending her son to the island konw she would eventually shoot and kill him.

I knew Ben would turn face and be a good guy. It just helps support my theory that the battle lines of good and evil were given away in this season's promo picture.

Richard doesn't believe in Jacob and will turn to smokey and Ilana will follow him.

Also is it just me or was Alex crazy good looking in this episode?
I agree. Boring.
Didn't help that I hate Ben.

Are the Oceanic 6 the candidates? If so, that leaves Jin out.
No, because Sawyer is a candidate and Kate is not, so it's not based on the Oceanic 6.
