As you can see from the messages that have sent back and forth they make no mention of knowing the problem and spend more time trying to get me to debug the game that should have debugged a long time ago by other people.

I noticed when playing Madden 07 for the xbox 360 that the fatigue NEVER goes down even though fatigue is marked as on. I even tried to play a play, turning off fatigue and then turning it back on and it doesn't work. This is extremly annoying bug and takes away from the whole experience from the game. Now I only experienced this in franchise mode and I havn't tested the other modes. Is there any way through xbox live that this issue can be fixed??? Please get back to me ASAP on this issue.
Thanks,
David

Hi David,
Thanks for writing us at EA Technical Support. I understand that you are currently having game feature issues with Madden NFL 2007. I apologize for your situation, and the inconvenience that this causes you. And thank you for bringing this to our attention. I owuld like to ask if this feature worked before? If so when did the issue first occur? does it happen regardless of the team you play as? Have you tried starting a new game without loading the game save data and seen if the issue persists? This will help us rule out corruption in the game save data.
If starting a new game without loading the game save data resolves the issue then it may be likely that the game save data may have been corrupted and needs to be deleted.
Power on the X-Box 360 without a game disc inside to display the X-Box console.
Select Memory.
Select Hard Disc.
Find and delete any save file with a name matching the game you are having trouble with.
Once all of the save files have been removed, restart the console with the game disc inside.
Try playing the game.

Thanks, I only played as the Dolphins in Franchise mode. I deleted all files and restarted the system. I tried to play a game from the play now selection and chose to play as the Eagles. I lead the Eagles down for a TD having McNabb(QB) running the ball on every play. I checked the fatigue through the entire game and it didn't change. I did double check the settings to make sure that Fatigue was set to on during the game. Has anyone at EA tested this game?
This is incredibly annoying.

Hello Dave,
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Technical Support. I’m sorry if the previous responses have not addressed the issue you are having with game. Did you try playing the game on another Xbox 360 if the issue persists? Do you have any controllers or memory units hooked up to your system that are not manufactured by Microsoft?
Try the steps below to resolve any issues pertaining to this sort of miscommunication:
1. Unplug all non-official peripherals.
If you own any non-official X-Box peripherals, make sure they are unplugged prior to starting the console.
Example: Interact PowerPad, MadCatz Gamepad Pro, Saitek Adrenalin Pad.
2. Check your configuration.
Sometimes certain control configurations can conflict with your data. Try changing the control configuration to Default from the Options menu (if such an option is available).
