Madden 10 League-OFFICIAL CAG LEAGUE (Tournament)- LOTS OF TEAMS AVAILABLE!

Very good game harris. I couldn't do much on offense for the most part. It's tough when I really want to air it out, but I'm forced to stay conservative because I have a 57 rated QB under center. Oh well, it worked out as I didn't have any turnovers in the game. Like I said when Manning went down, if I win games it's going to be due to my defense and running attack. I'm channeling the Parcells era G-Men.

The streak remains intact! Barely. A late scoring drive was snuffed out after Corey Webster made a crazy interception. He's #2 in the league in INTs. #1 is Antonio Pierce who had another in tonight's game, his fifth of the season. Thank god he's making plays in the passing game, it makes up for him doing nothing against Chris Johnson and most of the season in general. Somehow he has the same number of INTs as he does tackles...weird.
 
Yeah, I thought I was gonna score a few times, but you've got a staunch D. I had to scrap some of my favorite plays without Young, you could probably tell I almost took off with Collins a few times before I remembered who he was, haha.
 
I'll be playing with Deuce either late tonight (12:15/12:30 EST) or sometime soon after the next day.

EDIT: Should be played around 1pm est.

Fun scrimmage as always. I giftwrapped you a couple TDs on boneheaded picks (which was my undoing against AT as well.. well, part of my undoing.) but otherwise my defense was pretty ridonculous.

Okay, I temporarily deleted a friend from my list (it's full at 100) and sent you a friend request so we will see when each other is on. I may be online tomorrow, but even if I am, I cannot play. I will have friends over and, since I just got Left 4 Dead 2, we will probably play that. Anytime Wednesday up until 9 Eastern (start time) works, or anytime at all Thursday, then any time up till 7 Eastern on Friday. I will send you this information on XBL as well.

Just got slaughtered by Deuce, 24-0. I had some great drives but they were all screwed over by turnovers (some, no disrespect to Deuce, were total BS). He's one hell of a player, even if some of his CB's are rigged :p :p

I don't actually know when this week started, but I doubt I'll be available Friday night, but Thursday night is probably good, as long as nobody decides they can only play Friday.

The Chargers have played all of their games as far as I know. the Chiefs on the other hand...you may be onto something. If Packers/Pats play tomorrow and Lions/Packers are sometime soon (tonight? tomorrow?) then I see no reason why we can't advance late tomorrow or early Friday.
 
Is there a trade deadline? Regardless, I'd like to move one of my tight ends. I'd prefer to move this year's 1st round draft pick, TE Adam Saint (84 overall), but I'm open to trading Jermichael Finley (92 overall). I'll get on the game after I finish watching the Kings playoff game and see which of you needs a good tight end, and which positions I most need in return.

Saints And Panthers attempted to play tonight. Tied 14 all right before half I tried a goal line run. Madden tried to load the stupid referee goal line cut scene but stalled out, leaving Cru and I to watch the players standing in their respective huddles. Cru didn't have time tonight to restart so we'll try tomorrow between 9-11 pm. If Cru can't make it he messaged me saying he'll temp drop to let me play the CPU and we can move on.

Since I'm commish nobody can argue :p, not that I see anybody having a problem with it.

Oh, and if you could ask Venom to facebook message me/XBL me his availability or something that would be great, I'm available Friday afternoon and probably a good deal of Saturday.
 
I'll PM you his name so you can look him up on my Facebook friends. As for the trade, I figured you'd like it. Sure, it seems stupid to give up my 1st round pick for a right guard, but I drafted Saint based on him being the most talented player available by a few points.

It's just that, with Jermichael Finley (please don't get injured) rated 92, Saint only has been getting playing time on special teams, and he wasn't much good as a receiver. I have a shitty RG starting, and Aaron Rodgers hasn't been protected well, nor has Grant been able to find many holes. I think this helps us both out.

And in regards to Venom, I haven't heard from him since yesterday. I wanted to play at 6 Eastern since I have 2 or 3 NHL 10 games (best of 3 tournament round) to play at 7 Eastern. He's normally very reliable, but he picked up a visiting friend from the airport today and he hasn't been on. What should we do?

EDIT: And just as I said that, I got a message from him. He's going to kick my ass at 6 after all.

I'll temp boot Venom and Grand Cru in 30 minutes or so if the games haven't been started/played.

I'm not sure what's up with Venom. he said earlier that he'd be on at the agreed upon time. He wasn't. Then he signed on while I was playing NHL 10, which I had already committed to (tournament play). Then he wasn't on after I got done, and wasn't on when I signed back on. Hmm.

I honestly probably lucked out, as Venom always beats me. But I still had a tough game against New England. I almost lost, but Aaron Rodgers heaved a 43 yard hail Mary to Jermichael Finley as time expired for the game winning touchdown. Epic finish.
