Two housekeeping items:

1) Deadline for FA pickups will be midnight est tomorrow. That way people can drop players to clear room on their rosters pre-draft without any confusion.

2) Any pre-draft trades should be submitted before noon est on Tuesday if you want them to be reviewed before the draft. You can still make trades.during the draft but we reserve the right to review (and possibly reverse) them after.

I'm looking to add an outside receiver in the high 80s-90s. I'm offering up one of my first round picks and potentially more for the right deal. PM me if interested.

Vikings are looking for the following positions:

CB, FS, LOLB, WR's and a possible QB

McNABB is also on the trading block.

Do we have to drop a certain amount of players to be able to make all our draft picks or does the game let us drop after the draft? If it is before the draft what is the amount of players we should have to make all our picks?

Forgot to mention, Colt McCoy is still available and it looks like I'm making a trade with the Cardinals, 1st round pick for Peyton Hillis. I'm open to offers though should that fall through.

Though I may stick with Colt. Luckily, I got some nice bumps is player progression that should help me in the upcoming season.

That's all he's giving up for Hillis? That won't pass.

I'll gladly take more if anyone is offering. :)

Honestly, shouldn't that be the criteria for acceptance really? If nobody offers anything better, wouldn't it then be a fair trade based on value?

I don't need him, but I'm sure someone else in the league does. A 1st round pick for a 94 rated Hillis won't be passed when it's reviewed.

When draft day roles around and everyone is on, offers will start coming your way because everyone will be checking in before we begin. It's easier because we're all online at the same time as well.
Hey BV can you post the link the draft spreadsheet you made?
No because I'm not home. There's a link to it in the thread a few days ago. I still haven't updated it with the final draft order.

Who are you looking to move? Surely you won't get much for old man donovan.

I am open to suggestions. Anyone can PM me if they have any interest.

I don't think anyone will bite on Donovan and if not it's fine, since he can be a backup still to Ponder. If someone does bite, I don't expect to get much haha
Deuce trying to reel in Roddy White under the table!!!!!!
:whistle2:$....... hey, Jonathan Baldwin was my original target...

True, he went up to a 79 though and is an A potential. Don't know if I would want to give that guy up. Maybe if you threw Cam on the table

I'm looking at the draft board and good god. Is every draft like this? Some of these guys are ridiculous for rookies.

I made an offer for White but I'm pretty glad that ATL said no, no need with this draft class.

I'd still rather have Roddy White. He's a 97 and still has 2 or 3 years before serious regression.

Though I agree, the rookies here are beast. The top 2 qbs are impressive.

I offered two picks and a WR and didn't get a counter. That is OK though, I have too many holes and he'll more than likely get a much better offer.

Quite frankly I'm pretty excited with my offense. Okung jumped to a 91, Freeman to a 93, Ray Rice is a 93, and then Miller and Rice are 89!

Kansas City needs

C - Preferably 85+ and under 30
LOLB- 80+
CB- 80+ or high 70s and under 30

Kansas City Trade Block

Matt Cassel 30 yrs old B Potential 86 OVR

Looking for a mobile quarterback in return with an A or B potential who is under 30. Has to have a big arm like Cam or Pryor.

Yeah you like Cam huh?? He's pretty good....no Brady Quinn though!!! :whistle2:x

 Quinn threw two picks though they were both go routes. Couldn't believe you knocked Cam out of the game. Had 234 yds and 2 TD's

Yeah lol but it's not like those picks were bad throws...they were accurate, but just forced into tight coverage and my DBs made a play on it. For the most part though, my stupid old slow CBs were no match for f'in Mike Wallace and Desean Jackson! And then Julio Jones as a #3 receiver....that team is crazy....! He had a pretty nice draft from the looks of it.

Knowing what you guys know about Madden, do you think I'd be better with a rookie or stick with Colt? I saw that Colts overall is still slightly higher, but I like one of the top rookies 90 throwing power along with accuracy similar to Colt. Accuracy is what I'm after the most.

Either way would work with Roddy White ;)

Tom Brady is fairly accurate. ;)

Sucks the draft isn't today. I'm ready for the new season.

If I were you UMX, I'd dump Colt and get players that could really help you out in year 2 in return.

The top 2 quarterbacks available now have insanely good attributes. They're franchise Quarterbacks to build around.

I'm in the same boat with Ponder. I like him and I feel like he has potential but he just flat out can't make some throws that I need him to make. He can't throw the deep ball. I am debating if I should go for a QB or not.
