He'll never play a better game, either in Madden or real life. His career has now peaked. ;)
lol, I don't doubt it, but I don't think many people will.

Let's try doing this again..

Week 7 Games:

Cardinals at Rams
Panthers at Texans
Titans at Dolphins
Broncos at Bears
Chiefs at Chargers
Raiders at Vikings
Redskins at Seahawks
Colts at Browns
Patriots at Giants
Ravens at Steelers (Game of the Week)
Lions at Bucs
Bills at Bengals
Cowboys at Packers
Falcons at Saints

We've got a pretty awesome slate this week.

This has proven to be pretty accurate:
With the NFC West adding an owner who is already 6-0 in the other league, I'd say they now have a pretty solid claim to grabbing the Division of Doom mantle.
Every team in the division is still above .500 (though with the Rams and Cards playing this week, one of them will drop down to 3-3).

Jets Bye Week Report:

After having their QB named Offensive Player of the Week, Jets fans are still wondering what kind of quarterback Mark Sanchez is this season. Over the past 3 games, Sanchez has completed 64% of his passes, while throwing 13 TDs and just 3 INTs in that span. Four games this season Sanchez has registered a 100+ QB rating, but in the other two Sanchez has looked abysmal.

In Week 2 (vs KC) and Week 3 (vs MIA), Sanchez threw a total of 11 INTs to just 5 TDs. Literally throwing away both contests to the opposing team. Despite this, his QB rating is a whole 8.4 points higher than it was last season. While his completion percentage is the exact same from last year (57%), he's seen improvements in his overall TD:INT ratio. And through just 6 games he is now just 99 attempts away from his total last season and should pass his total TDs in the next game or two. The Jets are passing more and seem to be having more success at that, but so far it hasn't translated to wins. At 3-3 the Jets will have to see if Sanchez can continue to play like the QB we've seen these last 3 games, or if the coaching staff should adjust their play-calling accordingly.

I've been very surprised at the extent to which you've gone away from the run. Were you this pass happy last season? Maybe I just missed it.
I've been very surprised at the extent to which you've gone away from the run. Were you this pass happy last season? Maybe I just missed it.
I'm sort of surprised myself. In fact, I have no idea why I'm doing it. I had decent success running it last year. To spite myself? To prove you can have a successful passing offense in Madden 12? Haha, who knows. I do think there is some value in becoming a better passer because in games vs the top teams once you fall behind it's hard to run yourself back down 14, 14+ points.

I'm looking at my team stats from last year and I ended up with 1,902 rushing yards on 320 attempts. In comparison, if you took my attempts now (54) and projected it through the rest of the season I don't think I would even rush for half of that. So I'm throwing about twice as much, and rushing twice as less. Why? Again, no idea.

It doesn't help that I literally have one of the worst defenses in the league this year. People are averaging 33.5 points (28th in the league) vs me, as compared to 18.3 (!!!) last year. That's a huge swing. Huge. And it's not like it's because I'm scoring quickly on passing plays. I'm only averaging an extra 4 points a game (28 vs 24) compared to last year and my time of possession is only a minute shorter. So it's not like my opponents have the ball that much more this year. My D is just porous.

So in short, no idea why I'm throwing more this year. But it's pretty fun and if my D keeps letting people score almost at will on me I'm going to need to keep it up.

Week 7: Titans @ Dolphins
Titans: 38
Dolphins: 14

This Score is Deceptive. The Titans held the Dolphins offense in check for 3 1/2 straight quarters. The 14 pts by the dolphins were scored late in the 4th quarter.

Titans Defense: 1 Interceptions, 3 Sacks
Titans Offense: 236 Yards Passing, 3 TD / 102 Rushing Yards, 2 TD

Miami's Defense: 2 Forced fumbles
Miami's Offense: 206 Yards Passing, 2 TD/ 102 Yards Rushing

Seriously beginning to think i don't belong playing with the top tier of this league.

GG bseti.

p.s. BV, looks like the afc east is all yours.

Saints/Falcons disconnected at te beginning of the 3rd because my power flicked off for a second. I'm upset because I was playing well and I doubt I'll be able to replicate it when we replay. I also lost a porter int and 185 turner yards :whistle2:(

Gg fero newcomer is fast as shit...next year he'll be makin those throws for u, seemed like he just missed completly on a couple open throws.

Lovin the two headed monsster of cj and beanie.

Two games with out ikeem and he's still my leading tackler, I took ruud out of the game at half against fero, can't afford to lose him. Tyrone mckenzie surprisingly has good coverage skills ( 80 speed, 80 man, 75 zone) but he can't do shit else.

Still lookin for a linebacker...rb teran doolittle, hassellbeck, and my lower dtackles are available

AHEM! :D

We're both 3-3, you have the tie breaker on me. BV is 3-2 (not sure who he is playing this week), but we both have the tie breaker over him right now. So the AFC East is very much up for grabs. BV still has to play BigAT, Doom and Zurezo. While we may have had the hardest part of our schedule in the first half of the season. The next time we all meet this season will be huge. Anyone's division to win right now!

edit: BV is playing BigAT this week. If he loses, you're still in first place.

edit2: Unless two of us sets the world on fire, this is going to be a battle to get into the playoffs. Not only because we're so close right now, but we're also a bit back in terms of the wildcard. I believe we have two 1 loss teams in the two wildcard spots now. Of course, it's early, but the AFC East really set themselves up for a battle for just 1 playoff spot. Should be fun!

NFC West is just now starting Divison play. With the division this tight and no divisional games played yet....it's going to be interesting.
I still don't really understand this trade from either side. What's the point of the Chiefs trading for a back who's only going to play for 3 weeks before Charles is back?
Different types of runs that I can incorporate with Blount. Charles can't go straight up the gut, he's limited to stretch plays.
doom lets scrimmage today i need to see what all the fuss is about...
I don't show my hand during scrims. I have no problem laying down and dying just to scout you. Ask ballhawk

@gbpackers- I have been advancing it a lot lately since tanabeo gave me admin duties.

As for the trade, we'll continue to work on it.

Nice try. ;)

I'm still the third best team in this division right now, based on losing to both of you. Plus, I've got to play BigAT this week (with Doom coming up shortly).

Edit: On that note, Pats-Giants scheduled for tomorrow night after SNF.
Different types of runs that I can incorporate with Blount. Charles can't go straight up the gut, he's limited to stretch plays.
Charles averages 10.6 yards per carry. That means his average touch produces a first down on its own.

What I'm getting at is: You don't need other types of runs. ;)
If I can bring back the speaker talk again real quick, I think I'm leaning towards surround sound system vs sound bar. I found this at a pretty reasonable price.

Any one have any helpful advice? No wireless, but I guess for 200 bucks that's what I get but everything else seems pretty solid. The non blu-ray version of this was only 20 bucks cheaper.
Not a speaker expert by any means since I just use headphones, but those look like a good pick up.

Those averages are just from the huge runs he breaks. Against better defenses, he doesn't fall forward like Blount would.

If I don't land him, I'm fine with it. It would be nice though, McCluster is solid though he's no Blount or Thomas Jones. Sucks he retired.
Well hopefully i can get the rams win streak to 4-0 since taking them over when they were 0-2.
I'm interested to see how you'll stack up against the Seahawks in week 8.
My bad man I got got caught up in done girl shit can u play now??
It's fine. Yeah I can play, just give my like 10 min and I'll switch over.

Thanks, I think I'm going to grab them for xmas.

Why Seahawks?
One of the better players in the league. Only 1 loss so far.
Are you saying am good? ha jk
Won't know until you play the elite players in the league. :bouncy:
Actually we play each other in cagfl3 can you play tonight?
Dwight lowery two dropped picks. One would have been a pick six to put me up 14.
Send em' back over.

Steelers vs. Ravens is going down tomorrow night. I might also livestream it again if people are interested in watching.

Well this sucks 4th quater was mainly murda running down the clock and me getting the ball once if the rams could catch and hold on too the ball I think i coulda won...

Uggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I just played probably one of the best offensive games of my life, and I basically lost because of AI. I can count 4 times that the AI screwed me, 3 of those times were game changing.

1. On a drive early in the 3rd quarter, I'm up 7, and Dwight Lowery doesn't even go for a wide open interception which would have been a pick 6 to go up by 14.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXhr...text=C26cdaUDOEgsToPDskKoxsX6_6nS91h2Lv7VdYDH

2. Same drive, Lowery drops another wide open pick, this time he actually went for the interception and just dropped it.

3. Late in the 4th, game tied, I'm at his 45 and I get a random holding call, knocked me out of FG range, and hurt my chances of getting a first down. Ended up punting.

4. Down 7 with about a minute left, 4th and 1, Andre Roberts drops a wide open pass that would have gotten a 1st down and more.

I' dont know what I hope to accomplish with this post, but I'm pissed and this is helping me blow off steam. Other than those 3 game changing plays it was an extremely competitive and fun game, good game ballhawk.

I made a youtube channel for highlights for this league, but I don't know how to delete the videos off of the franchise site. How do you do this?
