Packers/Cowboys was set for yesterday but we had to move it to today when Cobra/Apple gets home. Ballhawk has already contacted me about week 8 and I asked him if he could play tomorrow.
Eww. Now I'm glad we traded him. His jolly fatness is what made him likeable.
Not sure why Otis made this move.
Madden Haley is here to stay!

Not entirely his fault for the poor record. I think they jumped the gun.
Yeah but he can't keep coordinators, he is a hot head and is too hard headed (Palko was his guy).

OTHO - he turned Derrick Johnson and Dbowe's careers around. As a fan I'm on the fence but tend to agree with you Doom. No Charles, Berry, Moeiki and others makes it tough to even win 5 games.

Not too mention he didn't get to choose a QB and was stuck with Casshole. I'm praying for RG3 or any QB not name Orton, Palko, or Cassel.

EDIT: Rumor has it that he was going to resign and management simply fired him first....I don't think Scott Pioli is the answer as GM.

Get a coach in there that has a 90/10% run pass play call scheme. It works I tell ya!
I think mcdaniels is the answer keep romeo crenell
Are you kidding me? If they hire Josh McDaniels I will find a new team. He destroyed Denver (which is why i like him...but nit as a coach)

McDaniels can be thanked for "Tebow Time". so he didn't do all bad in Denver.

I would say that after what he did offensively with the Rams this year, he won't be seeing any job offers flying in.
LV, did you fix the issue with your injury-replacement WRs?
Not yet sorry, but it'll be fixed by the end of the day.

And I'll post the new guys on the team,
And demarious thomas, decker, moreno, dumervil, brought in brian dawkins
And got shit canned, and ran the Rams into the ground, and is a tool.

If Chiefs management wants to keep what fans are left they aren't going to pick up Denver's trash again.

And coached the best offensive season in the history of the NFL.

There is a good shot he gets the job and hopefully he will prove me wrong. You know NE football better than i do, I've always given Bellicheck the credit - is that a bad assumption?

Shit i almost forgot another reason not to hire him - two video taping scandals!!

McDaniels was very serviceable as an offensive coordinator. But really, they could name LV or I offensive coordinator and Tom Terrific would make us look pretty good too.

Not a bad assumption, but BB wasn't the one calling the Brady to Moss plays that year.

I wouldn't want him as my head coach either.. I was just making sure you didn't forget about that season when you made judgements about him.

Have you seen Perkins lately?

Holy Crap. Whatever they've got in the postgame spread in Boston, I want some.

Dolphins fire Tony Sparano

By Chris Mortensen
ESPN

The Miami Dolphins fired coach Tony Sparano on Monday, a source confirmed.
Dolphins owner Stephen Ross plans to hire Carl Peterson, former president of the Kansas City Chiefs, to fill the role of executive vice president of football operations once held by Bill Parcells.
Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland will stay on board in some capacity.
Assistant head coach/secondary Todd Bowles will take over the team on an interim basis, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Sparano becomes the third coach fired this season, joining the Jagaurs' Jack Del Rio and Chiefs' Todd Haley.

sigh.
steelers, jags, and raiders check your PMs
ya i got it bro

jags and texans are going down at 1130 central after we advance

schaub is to face his old team very quickly and plans to show them why he shouldnt have been traded
sigh.
Have fun with Carl Peterson. Led the Chiefs to 19 years of futility, well him and Marty. Crazy that they've sucked for as long as I've been alive. Can't figure out why I'm a fan quite yet....

Edit: as far as week 8 scheduling goes, Do we know when we will advance? Hopefully GP and I can hammer out a time pretty quick, I'm ready for some divisional matchups!

Definitely some time tonight. We still haven't heard from the Bills or the Bengals, but we're not going to hold up the league for one game.

I don't think I'm going to be able to make my Jets-Eagles game unless Uber can play at some point tomorrow AM, but that isn't likely. Feel free to give me the boot and find a sub for my next two games. I'd ask the Cowboys, but he's very busy with a newborn at home.

I love my Madden but not sure enough to squeeze in a game before I have to leave for work at 8am, haha. I'm around later tonight however and if we don't hear from Bills/Bengals I don't imagine we'll advance/sim too late.

edit: I said this via PM but I can post it here too. I can play tonight when we advance around 11-11:30pm, but if you can't we can find a sub. Probably not for tonight, but tomorrow or Wednesday.

I can sub if needed for this game.

if we need any subs tonight to help with the advance i would be more than happy to help since i had bye week i find myself very bored with this bye week but good thing is u only get one bye week

You can sub for me as the Bills if you want. I'm not sure if I'll be able to play tonight after all. I don't want to hold the league up for a couple of winless teams.

bills 45 - bengals 42

an amazing game with a huge comeback for the win by the bills steve johnson is a total beast 273 yards and 2 TDs on 6 catchs and he got hurt and couldnt return

how does turner beat steve johnson of the bills with the exact same stats only steve johnson had one more yard Rec

This is like the worst 1st quater ive ever had while playing madden. I call shotgun whenever another team opens up...

SEA - 45
STL - 7

Seattle's Defense came up big in the first half against the Rams forcing 5 INTs finishing the first quarter up 21-0.

Freeman only threw 3 passes because of the huge lead, Ray Rice carried the load and rushed for around 225 yards and accounting for 5 TDs.

Seattle moves to 6-1 on the season and preps for a big game against the 49ers next week.
