Patriots 35 - Dolpins 17
The New England Patriots defeated the Miami Dolphins in a blizzard to claim their second consecutive division title. This was one of the weirder games I've played in terms of consistency. The Patriots scored on long touchdowns on 3 of their first 4 TOUCHES of the game, and then didn't get another first down until near the end of the game. Meanwhile, the Dolphins had all the momentum and were driving down 21-10 late before surrendering two touchdowns off of turnovers in less than a minute. Then of course Reggie Bush capped the game off with a 100-yard TD run (from the 1 inch line). Just a bizarre game.
Tom Brady was 2 of 5 for 65 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT. He also eliminated himself from the league leaders in the process.
Newcomer was 10 of 24 for 129 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT.
Cobie Ross carried 12 times for 157 yards and 2 TDs, though most of that came on runs of 58 and 80 on his first two touches. He didn't do much after that. He did, however, eclipse 2000 yards for the season (on his first carry no less).
Reggie Bush was the leading rusher for the Dolphins, with 6 carries for 116 yards, owing to his 100 yarder.
Aaron Hernandez caught the TD for the Patriots. Welker, White, and Gronk were all catchless.
Daniel Thomas caught the TD for the Phins.

gg fero! It was definitely a weird one, I came out scorching hot and then just fell completely flat (combined with your D stepping up). I really thought you were going to come back and win until those late turnovers. Definitely a closer game than the final score indicated.
The bad news is I lost rookie MLB Darian Wheeler for the playoffs (meaning half my rookie class is now down). I'm going to have to move Mayo back to MLB and put Ninkovich back in the lineup, not something I really want to do.
Matt Hasselbeck and Shane Vereen in Week 17.
