No. Pitfallharry is going to be taking them over.

If you're just looking for a stop-gap, Matt Hasselbeck is available. He's pretty old now of course, but still has decent accuracy.
i sent u a pm the other day ill trade u for that rookie corner to?

There's a new offensive era in Houston...look for Clay Harris to take the next step in his development and for the Texans to lose a lot of games...LMFAO! But it will be fun.

I took a look at your roster and I'm not sure there's a match unless you're willing to take a bunch of guys in exchange for a more impact player.

Anyway, Pats-Dolphins is going down at 7PM.

o was dude hurt yesterday

Clay Harris was injured for a couple plays but came back to finish the game...he did ok...I wish I could have that first red-zone pick back. The sideline drop on 2nd and 18 at the end and obviously the holding call were really tough to overcome but I think I can play well enough to win with a new 80/20 pass style...

yea the holding penalty was wild but i think it was on the tackle holding phiilps he always makes crazy plays at the end of the game. yea idk what happend in the red zone i think are passing ratings went down once we got down there. i threw that one i was looking directly at you i still dont know why i threw that one.
yea that sounds good to me
Forgot I have an exam tonight as well so I won't be coming home around that time. I may be on earlier if the class before is out early, but if not, we'll have to push it to either late tonight or tomorrow. I'll be home all day tomorrow.
Sigh.. We desperately need someone to make a college basketball video game again. I can't keep playing College Hoops 2k8 forever!
That was a good game, but totally agree. Can't they just purloin some of the NBA guys at 2K and revive the series?

Aren't there unofficial roster updates for that game?

Also, a few modders created a full College Basketball mod for the PC version of NBA 2K11. Not sure if it's been transferred over to 2K12 yet.

Edit: Yep here's NBA 2K12 with the ESPN scoreboard mod & College Basketball Mod.
tmw sounds good then i got to knock some work out tonight
Cool, thanks.
Aren't there unofficial roster updates for that game?
I think so, though mostly I like it for the career mode, so roster updates aren't really essential.
I don't think the game sold well. Wasn't there a March Madness edition released more recently?
2 or 3 years ago yeah. That tanked as well. EA and 2K probably won't touch college basketball again.

You're probably right. Anyone remember the Arena Football game that EA did?

Can we still play online with that? I picked the game up around tournament time last year for $7.

jags got there first win of the season last night agianst the bills 30-7. cant believe it already half way to last year record alright

Is that new Vikings owner (BillyMcDugal) someone's friend in here? I PM'ed him last night, no response yet (no big deal), but just wondering if there is an easier way to get in touch with him since I've never seen him post in here either...not sure if he checks the site. I sent him an Xbox Live message a little while ago too.

Niners best the Panthers... I'm beginning to figure out this run defense but we're still giving up too many yards on the ground. Russ Cherry (rookie) is proving to be worth the #4 pick and my rookie TE is filling in for Vernon Davis nicely... I could stand to upgrade at LT but it's not a dire need. GG Yanksrule

New England Patriots 34 - Miami Dolphins 17

The Dolphins and Patriots clashed in an amazingly dry Foxborough, both coming off big wins to start the season. The teams traded blows in the first half, but ultimately it was the Patriots who were able to pull away late, mostly on the strength of their defense forcing three second half turnovers.

Things got off to a good start for the Dolphins when they returned the opening kickoff 102 yards for the score. The Patriots then received and put together a long drive which was capped by a 7-yard run by Cobie Ross.

After forcing a punt on the Dolphins next drive, the Pats moved the ball down the field again and scored another TD on a McCoy pass to Gronk. The Dolphins were able to answer back with a beautiful 37-yard pass by Newcomer to Lofton in the endzone. The Pats drove down again and were able to get a field goal as time expired to give them a 17-14 halftime lead.

The Patriots struck first in the 3rd, when Cobie Ross scored a 15-yard TD. The Dolphins were driving again and got the ball down to the red zone when rookie MLB Terrance Carswell again put his stamp on the game, picking a Newcomer pass and returning it 85 yards to the house to put the Pats up 31-14.

The teams traded field goals in the 4th quarter, but in the end the Patriots were able to run out the clock and take the game.

Colt McCoy threw a lot more than last week and was consequently less accurate, though he still completed 16 of 25 for 228 yards, 1 TD and 0 INTs.

Newcomer was 13-20 for 235 yards, 1 TD and 2 INTs.

Cobie Ross was solid if unspectacular, carrying 22 times for 94 yards and 2 scores.

Bolton was held mostly in check, carrying 6 times for 27 yards. Newcomer added 3 rushes for 23 yards.

McCoy spread the ball around well, with Gronk again leading the way with 5 catches for 99 yards and the TD. Roddy White added 3 for 57, and Nick Schexnayder and Demaryius Thomas each added 3 catches as well.

Newcomer also had good distribution, with Fobbs, Gates, Bolton, and Lofton all going for 48+ yards, with Lofton grabbing the TD.

Terrance Carswell was the star again for the Pats on D, totaling 4 tackles (3 solo) with a sack, 2 passes defensed, and the 85-yard INT return. Devin McCourty had a forced fumble for the second straight game, this one recovered by Wake. Rahim Moore also had a pick for the Pats. And Michael Johnson has a sack in each game since swapping end spots with Jermaine Cunningham.

#1 overall pick ROLB Leslie Luther had a solid game after a quiet debit, tallying 7 tackles (6 solo, 3 for a loss). The Dolphins did not sack McCoy or force any turnovers. Jaren Altime opened the game with the great 102-yard return.

gg fero! Always fun playing you, and the game was much closer in the first half before the turnovers started piling up in the second and things got out of hand.

lol he had a good game.. not often u see me throw for 7 completions but my o line tore it up... he broke runs up the middle left and right ...

Hell yeah! Finally finished Mass Effect 1 (again) and now I can play Mass Effect 2 (again) so I can play Mass Effect 3 (for the first time). Damn incompatible hard drives

Well, Blade and I tried to play, but received the dreaded "failed to retreive game information from opponent" where it hangs and eventually kicks you out of online franchise. Anybody know how to work around this?

Have both of you restart your xbox's. That has fixed it for me in the past.

Yea you were getting pressure on tebow our first two games because I wanted to workout tebow. (no practice mode on online franchise) So I was just throwing it around but when it came down to it I went to last years MVP and he showed up

Well I had sent the Vikings owner an Xbox Live message earlier today and a few hours later I saw him online (specifically on Madden) but his status was "Away". I had literally JUST missed him...away for 1 minute. Sent him another Xbox Live message to see if he was there...waited 30 minutes and he was still away, and I had to leave for work. Before I left I messaged him to send me a message back telling me when he can play tomorrow (Friday), but nothing yet. He might not have ever checked his messages...still hasn't responded to my PM either on here, which I sent the night we advanced. Just an update...not calling for his head or anything, although I'd like to get this shiz sorted out soon!! I can play Saturday afternoon too but I don't wanna hold up advance. I'm available Friday all day/night until 10 p.m. EST.
So I just finished up mass effect....
I really don't know what too say
Say nothing! Some of us are still playing it. ;)

Browns-Steelers
Chiefs-Chargers (tonight)
Eagles-Seahawks
Vikings-Ravens (MA having trouble getting in contact)
