Baltimore - 44
Denver - 14
DENVER, CO --
The Broncos season got underway with a tough team coming to town - defending AFC champion Baltimore - and were overmatched from the outset. Fans of the team had hoped that under new general manager KasterDB the squad would be able to shock one of the NFL's best teams, but the Ravens did not overlook the week 1 matchup. Denver's failure to acquire a lockdown corner alongside Champ Bailey was apparent, as Joe Flacco threw all over the Denver defense.
The performance wasn't all bad though; Eddie Royal, after the trade of fellow receiver Demaryius Thomas to New England, pulled in 3 catches for 90 yards and a touchdown. The centerpiece of that deal, Aaron Hernandez, had 4 grabs, as he looks to develop a rapport with Tebow. Despite the disappointing opener, Kaster assured fans that the team would develop and be more competitive in the weeks ahead. "Today was not our best performance. We were outclassed in every aspect of the game. However, it's a long season. Our guys are focused on Jacksonville and are confident they can play in a fashion more befitting the great fans of this franchise."
Until then, we'll see what adjustments, if any, the Broncos make in practice leading up to the game.

Good game MA. I was hoping to come out and shock the world but I don't think I'm good enough yet, haha. That 59 yard field goal was insane.
Good game man, you don't need another cover corner though with that DE of yours lol. He made a nice play on that pass to the TE in the middle for the interception...I am still scratching my head at how a DE with 25 catching and 15 zone coverage does that!!!
And yeah I don't hesitate to go for those 60-yarders with my kicker lol, 98 kick power!!! Boo yeah!
