Colts defeated Packers 13-0...minus the beating from BV Harris the Colts have been in every game...feels good to finally get a win this season!

Jets def. Titans, 24-17
Quite the game in Jersey this evening. Shonn Greeene carried the team again, amassing 154 yards on 19 carries with a TD. Fantasy owners every where screamed at their televisions as John Connor vultured a goal line TD in the 2nd quarter. Connor was a hero in his own right though, as all three of his carries came on short yardage situations and he was able to pick up the 1st in each of them.
Chris Johnson had 112 yards and a TD on only 9 carries, but most of that came in the 1st quarter. CJ2k was contained for the most part after a couple long gains and his sole TD on the Titans opening drive.
On the defensive side of things, Kenrick Ellis sacked (I believe) Schaub 3 times, one of them a strip sack. These all came late in the game and was a key to holding off a Titans comeback. Both starting safeties (Ndukwe and Leonhard) had an INT each. Moch had a strip sack himself, this one recovered by Wilkerson and taken 74 yards to the house.
GG BSETI. Looked like you were able to run on me and when I did a decent job at stopping that, you had some pretty decent throws. It's tough to make them all in that rain and 10mph winds though. You had me scared on that onside as Holmes didn't look like he had full control of it right away.

Yanksrule crushed me. I don't know what is going on, but the last several games I have played, I can't even push the right buttons (literally keep pushing the wrong buttons and passing to the wrong receiver), read any coverages or do much of anything. I pretty much can't compete with anyone right now.
Yanksrule played a good game, capitalized on all my mistakes and showed a good mix of running between his backs. I got the ball back from yet another fumble by Eli that led to a TD with about 3 minutes left and he was good enough to let me just run the clock out. Thanks man, I know that it wasn't a fun game to play on either side, but I appreciate you being a good sport.

we tried to but this was the only time we could i work early in the morning and during the game and he works late in the night and cant play until midnight eastern and when i would wake up at 430 in the morning to go to work i cant stay up that late so friday was the best we could do sorry. i knew it would be an issue thats why i addressed it to you guys now for pre warning

It's got to be Pats/Jets.
I'm looking at the match up now. 1st place for the AFC East on the line. Though, if the Jets win I believe that puts Miami in 1st since their 1 loss was out of conference (assuming they don't lose to the Raiders this week).
The #1 D in points allowed per game (Jets) vs the #2 D (Pats). #6 in rushing offense (Pats) vs #4 run D. #3 in points scored per game (Pats) vs again, #1 in points allowed (Jets).
According to SOS though, they both had some of the easiest schedules so far. Not that the power rankings mean everything, but the highest opponent the Pats have beaten is ranked 22nd (Colts). And they just go their first W. The rest of the teams are a combined 0 for 11.
The Jets on the other hand have faced a slightly tougher schedule, but lost to their toughest opponent (Chargers, ranked 8th). Besides that, they've beaten all the teams the Pats have (minus the Cards), but at a lesser point differential. And that includes a 56-0 victory.
None of this might mean much at all after this game is played, but interesting to look at.

I agree, should be a great matchup. Though I do think it's still too soon to be reading too much into the stat rankings, small sample size and all that.
I don't put much stock in SOS though, since it only includes the current season. My opening schedule certainly looked tougher before it began than it does now.
I'm interested to see if you can beat me with your carbon copy of my offense - which itself was really just a carbon copy of Doom's offense.

I don't think either of you invented the wheel with a run heavy game, no offense. I also wouldn't compare my offense to Doom's at all. Very different running backs and I just couldn't run the same plays as Doom. Not sure about NE and Ross though.

This is one of those times I wish there was game tape available on our league. You've seen this version of my offense 3 different times already (once with AP, twice with Ross), whereas I've only seen you in your pass-heavy mode. There could be an adjustment period while I figure out what you're doing with Greene.
