New England Patriots 10 - Buffalo Bills 7
The Bills visited Foxborough in what certainly looked like a mismatch on paper and then proceeded to give the Patriots everything they could handle over 60 minutes.
The Bills scored first, with Spiller ripping off a long touchdown drive on the first series. The Patriots were plagued by turnovers in the first half, with Brady throwing a pick at the goal line (his first since Week 5) and Ross coughing up a fumble. The Patriots only managed to gather a FG in the half, and the Bills lead at the break 7-3.
The Patriots finally found the endzone midway through the 3rd, with Ross scampering 10 yards for a score. The Bills drove to the 40 but stalled and tried a field goal, which was well short. Darius Holmes gambled and returned it, but it didn't pay off as he was tackled at the 15. The Patriots were able to run down the clock however, and then came the key moment in the game. Up 10-7 with 4th and 3 on the Buffalo 17, the Patriots figured that if they kicked a field goal, the Bills could still win with a touchdown. The Ravens had no timeouts left, so the Pats elected to go for it, converting on a pass to Gronk (on which he was concussed). They were then able to kneel out the clock for the win.
Brady was 6 of 8 for 132 yards, 0 TDs and 1 INT. (I'm not giving him too much crap on the pick, since the play lagged)
Fitzpatrick was a dreadful 3 of 13 for 65 yards, 0 TDs and 1 INT.
Cobie Ross carried 25 times for 144 yards and a TD, though he did have a costly fumble. Because of that, Green-Ellis received a lot of work down the stretch and carried 9 times for 40 yards. Lousaka Polite also had a rare carry for a first.
Spiller carried 8 times for 82 yards, though most of that came on his long TD run.
Roddy White had 3 catches for 98 yards to lead the Patriots.
Jonathon Hammonds had 2 for 47 to lead the Bills.
The Pats sacked Fitzpatrick twice and picked him once (Kohlhausen), while Shawne Merriman got both a sack and a FF for the Bills.
Patriots escape move to 11-1, while the Bills fall to 1-11.

gg man (even though you're not on CAG, lol). It's really surprising to me that he hasn't won more, he's played me tough twice. Definitely forced me into a tough call on the 4th-and-3, but I think I made the right choice there. I definitely didn't play very well in this one, I'm very glad to escape with a win.
Thankfully Gronk won't miss any time, which would have sucked since he was injured on the last play.
