Broncos finish the preseason 3-1 with a sloppy (and that's putting it mildly) win over the Rams. I feel decent about my team going into the season, though I'll be tested early with road trips to New England and Detroit in my first two games. Definitely have a brutal schedule this year, but that's what comes when you win the division.

yeh mine is not easy either i start with texans and i think finish with lions and some hard one in between.

Cardinals finish the Preseason 3-1, with a shootout loss to the Ravens 42-35. The last drive of the game i was on the Ravens 10. First down, drop by my rb in the endzone. Second down, bad throw by Webb. Third down, wide open drop in the endzone by Deon Butler. Fourth down, throw a comeback route to my rookie receiver and it's a touchdown. I start thinking about what play i'm going to do for a two point conversion and then the Refs decided to call a hold on the play. Fourth down and 20 now, i run a different comeback route towards the endzone pylon and it's an interception. Good game mog.

Spent way too much yesterday but got some awesome deals. Grabbed a 60" Vizio which was what I thought was the best deal on BF, Forza Horizon, Dishonored, and....a freaking Dyson vacuum :roll:

Sad part is that I won't be gaming (much) on the 60" tv. I do get to upgrade from 32" to 42" inches though :D

just finished my game with the eagles i was a little worried because last time we meet he won big and ran for over 300 yards but luck was on my side. finishing 4-0 in preason hope it carries over to reg season.

I'm going to give an extra day for Week 1 and set the deadline as Tuesday night. Hopefully anyone who's traveling should be back in town by then. It would be great if we could wrap this up Monday though!
 
benagls beat ravens 27-17. Gg mog, i had to be perfect to beat you. Definetly a difference without reed and lewis out there lockin down 2/3 of the field. Finally beat u that makes me 1-4 against u including the one time we played last year

i dont think not having lewis or reed was the difference you played a great game and I didnt. Im looking forward to our next match up lol ;)

I was only up 14 goin into the 4th quarter 2 returns for td and didn't score under 2 mins sir
 
Denver Broncos 24 - New England Patriots 24

You read that right. I believe this might be the first tie in league history (in a non-simmed game). The Broncos dominated the first half, taking a 21-0 lead into the break before the Patriots stormed back and dominated the second, tying the game and having a chance to kick a game-winning FG as time expired (which Ghost left short). The Broncos got the ball in the OT and drove down the field but got conservative near the end and settled for a FG. The Pats got the ball with a minute left and drove far enough to kick the tying FG with 1 second left.

Osweiler was 4 of 8 for 52 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT.

Brady was 20 of 29 for 311 yards, 3 TDs and 1 INT.

McFadden carried 21 times for 183 yards and 2 TDs.

Ridley had 9 carries for 42 yards.

Demaryius Thomas caught the Broncos' TD, but otherwise the new receiving corps was very silent (the rain certainly didn't help). Vincent Jackson was completely quiet until a key 3rd down grab in OT.

Danny Woodhead had 6 catches for 138 yards and 2 TDs, Hernandez had 5 for 62 and a TD and Gronk had 6 for 85.

Von Miller had a sack as well as the pick, along with several other hurries.

Spikes had the pick for the Patriots.

gg og! Our games are always close, and always seem to have crazy endings like this. I need to learn to close against you, since I've got up 21-0 twice in a row only to see you storm back.

My biggest mistake was obviously attempting a single pass all game the way McFadden was running. The key play for me was that Decker drop on 3rd down in the first half when he was wide open. If I'd driven down and scored there to make it 28-0, the game probably would have been out of reach.
